Chat was pleasant enough, however when I asked to see them at neutral location they suddenly stopped chatting, tried to say it was too soon.

No genuine responses, no depth in conversations (AI?) or no responses at all. Big scam like all the other websites like xadultdating, mingl3, etc

Scam website ,trick you to buy coins to talk to AI or bots

A clever scam dating website. You believe you are chating to a genuine subscriber but they are fake profiles.

The early chats are with free coins. Conversations get deeper then your free coins run out. So you are encouraged to buy more and start with a small purchase. Their clever tactic is to send relatively brief chats with questions which induce you to reply. These encourage you to keep chatting because you feel you are making progress to a first hookup. Your coins run out and you go to buy more but as you have apparently used that cheap pack option you have to go for something larger. Then of course that option becomes unavailable. I stopped before that and suggested chatting off site via email at first. Guess what...from 2 or 3 profiles lots of reluctance. The main excuse was that it was too early and they felt comfortable here. Rubbish...email is innocent but of course you go off-site and coin purchase revenue dries up. Alarm bells rang early on so I started to play them, pushing for email contact or I stop the chat. I got desperate pleas to continue but coins ran out thank goodness. Latterly when I questioned genuineness the operator behind the profiles became angry. Financial targets I guess.

So in summary this is a very sophisticated scam dating website. They hook you with nice profiles including some local to you and have a business model that will cause you to spend lots and with absolutely no chance of ever meeting let alone speaking to a real person on the phone. Nice to have flattering conversations but don't waste your time or money.
