Great experience with personal attention in Miles´ whatsapp
I asked for help in the whatsapp chat for some questions about my reservation, the personal attention and service I received from Angelica Avila was great. She helped my with the issue I had, also helped to research about hotel rates and were better from the ones I already have for the same hotel (that were good), with the advantage that with miles hotel reservation I got free cancelation few days before my arrival to the hotel. In my previous reservation it was 105 usd more.

was recently in miami and Rented a car from Miles Car Rental and had a really great experience. The whole process was quick and easy, the car was super clean, and everything was exactly as promised. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me. Prices were better than a lot of the bigger rental companies I looked at too. I'll definitely be using Miles Car Rental again next time I need a car and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy hassle free rental.

Top tier service and value for my money.
I discovered this company online a few years ago and I've been using them ever since. This experience was different though. Laura Duran made it extra special. I've never had to alter or cancel any of my reservations before, but this time my plans changed and I needed to adjust the date and the vehicle. I called and Laura Duran took my call. She was very patient, clear and helpful. She turned my worries that I would either lose money or not be able to change the car into pure happiness. She didn't only change the date, vehicle and name on the rental but she stayed on the line until I got a payment link that worked best for me. I'm truly thankful that she was the voice and person on the next end of the line. I'll always choose Miles as a trusted company for my vehicle travel needs. The price is always the best and the value can't be beat.
