- Mile High Compounds is different in three ways. Our peptides are sourced from U.S.-based, cGMP-certified manufacturers. Nothing arrives from an unverified supplier. Every lot is independently tested by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories before it is released. Eight tests are the floor: identity, purity, net content, 14-day sterility, endotoxins, conformity, and heavy metals — screened for lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium. New lots run our full 15-point panel, which adds residual solvents, residual trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), container closure integrity, water solubility, and a fentanyl screen. Every certificate of analysis is published publicly via our COA library. We are proud to be one of the most rigorously tested suppliers in the industry, more than any other we are aware of.

- We ship six days a week from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona. Place an order by 3 PM MST, Monday - Friday & 12 PM Saturday, and it goes out the same day. Orders over $300 ship free via FedEx 2 Day. We accept all major cards and back unopened product with a 14-day return policy. Support runs through email at support@milehighcompounds.is. Questions about a compound, a COA, or an order reach our team directly, and we answer quickly. Now over a year ago, this company was one person — customer service, fulfillment, logistics, packing every box. Today we are family owned and operated, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our founder employs his parents and most of his extended family, people with real backgrounds in laboratory and medical work, operations, logistics, and service. Good selection of compounds and really good Customer service, had an issue with the website when they were doing work on it and had an associate contact me directly and resolve the problem. They come highly recommended from the peptide critic and supposedly do extensive testing which greatly adds to peace of mind.

My package did not arrive and I’m STILL…
Update: The MH team worked to remedy the issue and even sent me additional product. They personally called me too. It was nice to not speak to an automated system. I adjusted my review from 1 star to 4. A lot was out of their control with FedEx…just happy I paid for the shipping protection cause if not I would have been out of luck. Thanks for the help. Just placed another order!
My package did not arrive and I’m STILL waiting for it. I wish they would have just sent a new package the moment they saw that it became an issue. So frustrating.

To clarify what happened: FedEx initially routed your package to the wrong truck. We were preparing to send a replacement, but FedEx was able to redirect the original package back to the correct address. Unfortunately, this created a lot of tracking confusion and back-and-forth, which made it seem like the package was lost.

There was a sourcing issue with part of my order. They communicated with me about the issue. I emailed them very, VERY early in the morning a few days later and thier response was very quick! Once to let me know they received my email and then a follow up a couple hours later to let me know my order was being shipped. That is a company you can and should trust!!
