It was a great experience due to the fact that it was smooth, the clothing I purchased was exceptional in a style that I haven't found anywhere else, as well as very affordable. I am very happy to use this website. Additionally, during the checkout process, I noted that perhaps more information being displayed could be helpful, such as a link to your return policy. A mere observation that was on my mind. I will definitely be using this website more in the future. Thank you!

Firstly whilst the designs are interesting, that is the only thing the company does well! I received my items, the quality of the material is awful, the designs are Iron on, massive gaps in places and don't even last one wash. In addition to the sizing be unbelievably bad the customer service is appalling, I have a 20 email long chain of clear requests to return the items stating multiple times I accept the cost to the return the items. But all they say is it will cost too much to return, in broken English.

Low quality. Incorrect size. no return. no refund

So close yet so far!! It makes me wonder why midstyles don’t listen to their customers. I purchased a few T-shirts from them but the are the weirdest fit and shape. Mostly to short and massive baggy arms. This reply makes them to uncomfortable to wear. It feels as if they could adjust to western sizing and get it right things would not be so bad. If you buy cheap you will overlook some quality issues but these are simply not wearable. Midstyles, you have great designs and a very attractive website but your product and service let you down. For little extra effort you would have a great outlet for your product. Don’t be lazy, up your game!

Don't be lured in by the cool designs. The actual T-Shirt is not a premium shirt and "meh" at best. The design is a plastic iron-on. Fills like you are wearing a bib. And you think you can send back for a refund? Forget it. They will keep trying to give you discounts and telling you that it will cost soooo much to send back to China. They will NEVER tell you how much and they will NEVER give you instructions on how to send back no matter how many times you ask.

My first time ordering from this website. Still to be delivered but looks good - so far! Only thing missing would be more items (t-shirts) for women.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!! Their quality if far from what they advertise, they are in China and you’ll have no customer support whatsoever. They don’t send the right shirts and they don’t even honor their own return policy. They want you to pay for the return or they say they will refund you a % of the order but you’ll never see your money back…..
Please save yourself some money and trouble.

Received the order 30 days after the order was placed. Our postman called me asking if we placed the order. The reason, the street address was omitted from the label.

Once I opened the package, tried on the shirts. Both were way too small. Their customer service representative requested pictures of the size label. Well, there were no labels or print indicating the size. I sent pictures of other T-shirts from Nike and Gerry showing their shirts on top...obviously much smaller. The representative offered a 20% discount on our next order. I informed the representative that we needed the return address and expected a full refund. Crickets since the email was sent.

Stay away from this company...sham!

These T-shirts are from China. I bought one that said, "Life in the Mountains." The shirt they sent said, "LEFE in the mountains." They won't refund me. And the other shirt, the picture is peeling off... still they won't refund me. I guess you get what you pay for.

Like said in other reviews: poor quality, poor support, wrong sizes, effectively no returns.
You have to ship to China at your cost and that's much higher than goods cost.

WARNING! They do not follow or honor their Refund Policy.

After 28 emails exchange with proof of pictures showing items with the wrong size, they (customer service) are still not acknowledging their return and refund policy.

Like other review, they offer a 5% refund discount. This is unacceptable.

Goverment should step up and block these companies from doing business with honest citizen. I paid my clothing, shipping and all.

It's too bad, as this type of company behavior gives a bad reputation to the Country of China.

I ordered multiple tshirts. They were all poor quality. The images are like plastic to the touch and eye. Each shirt was to be the same size but actual size varied. They even had differing labels. I asked for a refundand return and they said the cost to return would be too much. I then asked for a partial refund and this company refused. The “best they could do” is offer a 20% discount on future orders. I explained that people don’t want to order more from a company they are dissatisfied with and that a responsible customer service program would offer at least partial reimbursement. They continued to refuse. Don’t buy from this company. Quality is not as shown. T-shirts look and feel like plastic, size not consistent, and customer service is poor also.

I like the cool and simplicity look of the clothing.

Just avoid this company; they're awful. Goods ship from China, so it took about a month. Most shirts are far lower quality in real life than they appear on the site, materials are cheap—there's a pretty wide "expectation vs. reality" gap.

I contacted their customer service to set up a return and they gave me the run-around. The rep appeared not to speak any English but be using a translation app. 13 emails later, it was abundantly clear that they don't honor the return policy stated on their website. They told me that I really didn't want to pay return shipping and that I should give the clothes I don't like to someone else. When I said "no," they offered me a 5% refund. Yep, 5%. This company does not give a damn whether you're happy with their products.

I should have read the TrustPilot reviews before doing business with mildstyles.

So I looked at the reviews and was cautious if not curious as to how bad this company is as I really love the designs. I placed an order in August 2023 for 1 t shirt and then to be honest I forgot about it. I just got a notification in January 2024 that it has now been shipped!
Will see what the quality is like but if its as bad as people say, then will likely reduce to 1 star.

Very poor quality polyester hoodies. They cost 23 euros, which seems cheap at first, but are only worth 2 euros.
Goods cannot be returned. According to the refund policy, goods can be returned at your own expense. But the chinese customer support, based in Zengcheng, Guangzhou, does not provide the return label with the delivery address.
Instead, they point out that it's not a good season for returns because there's so much going on. Pictures of the goods are repeatedly requested and it is pointed out that Mildstyles would have to clarify the case with the factory. Communication has been going in circles for weeks.
Customer support with low English speaken skills - maybe its part of their trick.

Mildstyles after 38 days still refuses to acknowledge international ecommerce legislation. Clothes are damaged with peeling plastic on the day I got product delivered therefore by law you have to pay everything back.

Mildstyles still refuses to acknowledge their own return policy, which clearly states:

"If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason"

clothes are not 100% cotton as advertised, therefore misleading.

Return shipment address has also never been send so I can't even the return the clothes

Their service team is horrific, never sending any serious company worthy response to my messages

not one shirt fits. I had previously ordered a size Large so ordered 3 size Extra Large t-shirts for my husband for Christmas but 1 is too big, 1 too small and 1 fits but the sleeves are way too short and it’s a long sleeve shirt.
They took 2 weeks to arrive and they do not have a Christmas exchange exception. Incredibly poor product (plastic iron on images) and extremely poor service!!
