They are scammers. They sent me a defective part. My mechanic couldn't install it within the first week of receiving it, and when I complained that it didn't work, they told me the 5-day warranty had already expired. They are shameless! How can they only offer a 5-day warranty from the date of receipt? And if it's demonstrable that they sent a defective part, why don't they take responsibility for their mistake? I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS USED PARTS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO SELL DEFECTIVE PARTS, SEND THEM TO YOU IN A PACKAGE, AND THEN AVOID TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT SALE! THEY ARE SHAMELESS SCAMMERS!

Son unos estafadores, me enviaron una pieza defectuosa, mi taller mecánico no pudo instalar la pieza en la primera semana de recibirla, y cuando reclamo que no funciona, me dicen que la garantía de 5 días ya ha caducado, son unos sinvergüenzas, ¿cómo pueden dar solamente 5 días de garantía desde que se recibe la pieza?, y si es demostrable que enviaron una pieza defectuosa, ¿por qué no se responsabilizan de su error? NO RECOMIENDO QUE COMPRÉIS A ESTA EMPRESA DE PIEZAS DE SEGUNDA MANO, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES QUE VENDEN PIEZAS DEFECTUOSAS, TE LA ENVÍAN EN UN PAQUETE Y DESPUÉS NO SE RESPONSABILIZAN DE SU VENTA FRAUDULENTA! I ordered 10 head bolts and only got 1 bolt
Paid 100 euros for it,
Messaged them the service is very poorly
No reactions, i made suggestions for a a solution but they never answered

AVOID AT ALL COST! This company is sending the wrong parts to the customer and is not taking any responsibility for its mistakes. On the contrary, they blame the client for their own mistakes. The part which was delivered was not the part which was ordered. The catalogue number of the part on the order document was different from the number on the part which was delivered. They refused to exchange, and they refused to take it back, and they refused to refund. The customer service was very rude. Do not EVER deal with them

I ordered a part for my car. I am not a mechanic. I ordered what my mechanic could not find in Spain. When that parte arrived. I opened the package at the garage. The item was damaged. The mechanic said it was not good for working. I contacted "milautos" in Spain. They it was the delivery company's fault. And my faul for not opening the package at the moment of the delivery.
Finally, milautos did not accept is was a defective part not to pay me and return the part. Be aware of this company.

Ordered a spare piece, got it in perfect time, no damage and no problems but the warranty is also a great advantage, would recommend 👍

Did not know at first whether this company was reliable as I was about to order an expensive part. I was contacted by whatsapp, and the subsequent comms was effective end helpful. Part arrived unexpectedly quick in Belgium after the order, in good condition.

Ordered twice from the Milautoparts supplier. First order was OK, minor difference compared to website photos. Second time order was incomplete, majority of important parts have been missing, received part had more damage than described or which can be seen on the photos. Due to higher value of ordered goods the issue has been reported immediately upon delivery, after opening the pakage. Then they started to blame everybody except them for disastrous delivery. Finally, after 3 months of communication and various promises they stop answering to my messages and reminders total ignorance started from their side (over 7 months to date).
MILAUTOPARTS is probably good if all is working well but if you have any problem forget on assistance and abandon any hope for resolving the issue. Very unprofessional approach and not deserved even single rating star, however to be fair I will give one to the first delivery (at least I get it).

Everything okay , i recieved part at 8 days after purchase , prices is nice .Very attentive people always took care of me, they gave me the reference number, they helped me find the part, they helped me do the whole process, I am happy, thank you, I will buy them again

The part I bought was not fit for use (damaged). After my complaint there was no intention at all to solve the problem. They also don't apply to the EU-law to terminate the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order. Even with the help of EEC it was impossible to get any willingness to settle the case. So I lost 248 euro on this illegal and fraudulous company. I hope you are warned by my review and won't do business with Milautoparts!

Please do not trust this platform as they knowingly market damaged and unserviceable spares under a false 5 day warranty to install and test the part.
In my case I bought an electrical hand brake mechanism for a
Peugeot 508 SW. Spare part number 9874350580. Lot reference number at milautoparts.es 12701144143. The part arrived unserviceable, which could only be confirmed once an attempt to install was made. In spite of contacting milautoparts.es within the five days warranty period and requesting an exchange or refund, the representative assisting “Alex”, said that I had received the item as shown in their webpage. However the item as shown in the web looked ok, reason why before I ordered I specifically inquired about their warranty. As of the date of this review 23DEC2022, I have not received a refund so I will have to lose 261€ . My hope is that you as a reader, don’t loose your money as I have and end up with a useless piece of junk in exchange.
