Once again I would like to express my totally unhappy state with this order.

The Order date was 2023-12-15 and almost a moth past the order still waiting for dispatcher….

What should have been a happy Christmas present turned into a nightmare.

Unfortunately I won't buy from your website again.

The personalized bracelet is beautiful and very well made. It is engraved with the children's birthdays and wedding anniversary. It is special to me and reminds me of important moments in my life. I recommend

I have received bracelet with my daughter name and info, so I can gift it to my wife. My wife has received it. She was very happy for such a gift, but what happened next is the bracelet started to damage by it self, the metal was sprayed with some colour which was taken out exactly after 2nd day of use. I even sent an email with complaint and attached photos and proves, they told me that they will replace it, but they never sent me confirmation since 22nd december, I kept on sending emails with reminders, but they never got back to me. Watch out for the quality, if you don’t want to make your loved ones sad , do not gift this item, because it’s actually meant something. Gift them something from your local stores. My wife is sad looking at this. Emotions were ruined.

They never sent any update on delivery anymore. Be careful

I do not recommend!!! I ordered a bracelet, but a few minutes after I bought it, I canceled the order because I changed my mind. Contact with the store is very bad! I wrote in the website's chat, on the Instagram website and by e-mail. Of course I got answers, but I was ignored. They wrote on Instagram that they had a lot of messages and that I should contact customer service, and in the e-mail that the order was ready (I'm sure it wasn't, because the shipment was made 2 days later. I don't recommend it... I would definitely order the bracelet a little later for another occasion, but after being ignored like that, I definitely won't do it again.

I have received a personalised bracelet from my husband which was wonderful but have a defected closing. I contacted the customer service about my problem, although it was out of the return period, they helped me right away & sent me a new one that was perfect!! I couldn't be more pleased about the product & the customer service! Totally recommend it!

After having issues with delivery due to my country's postal issues, Mila Cantes were incredibly helpful in trying to track down the item. Unfortunately, the item went missing, but Mila Cantes offered to make another one immediately free of charge. This one arrived within a week of being re-ordered. Exceptional service, both friendly and professional - would definitely recommend.

Pretty luna necklace but back is scratched, the picture is poorly printed and bent inside locket. The edges are damaged on the photo with the white showing in places. Currently talking with them to find a solution.
Solution-- confirmed faulty and Item resent without having to send item back. Mila cantes reached out to me.

I ordered the oval necklace with baby information and picture. I love the idea of this necklace, but I have some issues. The material seems very cheap, and it's noisy. It reminds me of one of those free necklaces you can get with a magazine. The locket is also way too shiny, and it's quite big so it doesn't look delicate at all to wear. The price is also way too high for what you get. Sadly, I don't think I will ever wear the necklace, so it was a waste of money.

I bought an oval locket and I am disappointed with the quality of the product which is supposedly "gold plated" and looks like a necklace ordered from wish. I paid CHF 75.59 + CHF 25.56 for customs clearance. The price is clearly excessive and the quality of this product is more than poor. I don't know if the quality of the other products is better, but I absolutely do not recommend the oval locket.
