The wishing system is horrible

The wishing system is horrible. Ive spent 100 dollars and just for nothing. Fix your game. Not the fact that players who finished every quest and story quest in game (including adventures handbook) they cant even get primogems easy, they have to stress out finding chests and waiting weeks for new events. Make more ways for players to get primo gems. The game is good and all but the resin system, wishing system and domains are just unacceptable.

Nothing matters with them.

Nothing matters with them.

Doesn't matter if you have proof of the account being yours from the start, or if you bought it, or if a friend gave it to you. If Mihoyo can't make money off of you, then you have to either wait for a reply or crack open your wallet. I got hacked and when I still had access to the account, they gave the account away to the hacker and made me wait 20 business days just to reply. Not even to resolve the issue. I gave them legitimate proof before they gave the account away fully, and they take their sweet time getting it back and researching when all it takes is a ctrl + F, or logs of the account. Simple issue to actually get over if the user is actually the original user. Yet of course they have to make it difficult.

Poor customer support

Emailed them to help recover my account as I was returning to Genshin after a long break. No response for at least a month. Sent another email still no response. Needless to say I lost interest in playing.

They clearly only care about money. Terrible company. I spend much money on the game, but when I have a problem and contact the costumer service, they treat me like they do not care one bit.

Fun game but that’s about it. Money hungry company that doesn’t respect it’s playerbase and locks a crap ton of content behind a paywall. The fact you sometimes have to spend up to £200 for a single character is a joke. Also the choices they’ve made suing people and being generally scummy have put me off the company as a whole. I will no longer be supporting their games any further and you should too tbh

What the actual fack

Let's be real. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING WHEN MAKING THE BAAL BOSS FIGHT??!!! You have to somehow defeat her. If you don't, it just tells you to eat stuff to restore HP. Like bestie, don't try and tell me something I already did. DON'T YOU SEE?!?! Anyways, here is a tip, try and put REAL tips and tricks if you die for certain bosses! (AND NOT TO BEWARE OF ENEMIES AND EAT FOD TO RESTORE HP)
Thank you for your time🥰😙🤪
PS: I'm this close to kill baal with my own bare hands🤏🥰😍

Wish I could give zero stars

Money hungry company that gatekeeps everything good behind paywall and then as an added f you, you need to get lucky to get the thing you want after spending 100's of dollars. Play this game if you want to spend $300+ to get the 5 star weapon or 5 star character you want. Disgusting rates.

How is Miyoho still in business

How is Miyoho still in business? My daughter tried to buy points for characters. They have created a bug in their system stating card denied. She tried again—denied. Several attempts. We tried another card. Just assumed they were having technical difficulties, would try later. Meanwhile, they were accounting for every transaction and taking the money. The points showed up later, my daughter—a minor, also on the autism spectrum—got excited, used the points, not understanding the consequence of using the points. We soon discovered a loss of nearly $500 in our account! We reached out to the company, NO RESPONSE. We called the bank and had to jump through a ton of red tape to get our money back. But because the transaction went through PayPal, now we’re also having to call PayPal because THEY are holding on to the money the bank actually returned. In the meantime, this CORRUPT MIYOHO is now sending threatening messages to my daughter, stating they will delete her account in seven days if she doesn’t pay. It’s like holding a metaphorical gun to the head of a vulnerable minor. During the pandemic, it’s been her main way of staying connected to peers. She is devastated. I am furious that these immoral, tech companies who create these gambling, gacha games are still allowed in business. I know Japan has regulations around this, but I believe this company is out of China. So consumer—especially parent—beware. It’s the typical “lure the vulnerable child” predatory stance of these gaming companies. So damn sick of it. Avoid Genshin Impact like you’re avoiding Covid 19!

MiHoYo isn't necessarily for the community.

As I know, there are certain elements of Genshin Impact that make significant impacts (pun intended) on the opinions of Gacha games. However... there's a reason why no one's talking about it like it's the new craze of yesterday. I can't say that there's one specific incident, because there are too many incidents to name. All-in-all, the wish system is made to use the wish shop, which is used to introduce the new sandwiched-on characters of the franchise. Before, this system was OK, but over time... it got terrible. broken. People are starting to lose money, just for a few characters, and MiHoyo will do NOTHING about it. Another problem is it's resin system which limits the boss events completely, leaving your character stuck for months on end and can't level up. Overall, there are LOTS of things MiHoYo does to squeeze every last penny out of your wallet, and it does NOTHING for the players.

All in all, this is a personal address to MiHoYo Studios. One creator to another. These elements are crucial to making a good gacha game, I agree. However if you don't appease all audiences and make it money-crazy, and a game made for previous influencers, then you're never going to get anywhere.

People might let this one slide, but during these next few events if you don't make a decision you're going to have a fork in the road to success. In reality, this is just moving a chess piece to the game of success for the game, and for the people.

Your move MiHoYo... Your move.

Isn't everybody aware by now that this…

Isn't everybody aware by now that this company runs scams and performs outright fraud by attempting to take money out of the personal bank accounts of many, many people who are not even customers of theirs by means of presenting fraudulent orders to that person's bank for payment? It's only one of their fraudulent activities. You can easily look up and read more about their activities in detail. Never get involved with them in any way. That may (or may not) help you avoid being one of their targets. Luckily, they are often stopped by the banks involved. But not always.
