No Consideration for Customer Satisfaction

I have been a loyal customer of Miguel's Jr. for more than 40 years, but they have officially lost my business. I have ordered Miguel's Jr. on GrubHub at least once a week for several years. But a few months ago they removed the option to provide 'Special Instructions' and now I can't order my food the way I like it, so I won't order again. I have always ordered taquitos with the guacamole on the side, but now that I am unable to do so, they arrive a soggy mess! Also, I love the Española Sauce they put on their rice and always order extra, but I can't do that either. I contacted customer service to discuss the matter 2 or 3 times, but never received a return call. This is precisely the reason companies go out of business. When you put such a low value on customer satisfaction, you lose their business... even customers who have been loyal for 40+ years. Very disappointed! They used to be such a great company. Perfect example of what happens when a company gets too big. Customer satisfaction becomes a thing of the past!
