Mighty Kids Supplements Reviews 

My 2 children have been taking the multi and magnesium regularly for nearly 2 years now. I also have the bottle of vitamin c in for times when the kids or us maybe coming down with something. The vitamin c has totally replaced calpol in our house. When they have been under the weather I have given the vit c in place of calpol which makes me feel much better as I’ve never really liked the thought of giving paracetamol to my children anyway. The vitamin c works wonderfully the recovery is so much quicker! I’ve also used it on my skin the kids skin sore lips anything really and I can’t speak highly enough of it.
My little boy can be quite anxious, during a recent house move I ran out of the multi and magnesium and was just 2 busy to reorder, myself and my husband noticed a the change in my son, his anxiety was high. It clicked we’ve not being taking our mighty kids!!! Even though my husband is skeptical he had to agree what a change this has made!! The team are amazing and have always got back to me when I’ve asked questions literally about anything. I absolutely love all of the recipes and tips and tricks that are shared and can’t wait for the recipe book. My only suggestion would be to maybe replace the plastic measuring cups for us regulars as I’ve got so many maybe. I also tell anyone that will listen to me about these products, they ask if I have shares or something 😂 No, I just love that they work and are the cleanest most effective supplements out there made by a mum who is based in the UK. As for the taste it’s a bit funky at first but soon get used to it, if anything I find it really sweet but if you are passionate about what you are giving your kids you can sneak it in, mine will just take it now but I do add it into a morning smoothie as it naturally sweetens it.

Phenomenal customer service every single time, the owner is the most genuine, caring and lovely lady. Amazing point scheming meaning you get money back from your orders turned into £10 vouchers. My son takes every single vitamin/ bottle that they do. Started with magnesium, took around 1 week for him to settle on his own, and about 6/8 weeks for him to sleep through but it's worth the wait, without it he still wouldn't sleep. He also use to get terrible colds from nursery and would be floored, he now rarely gets one and when he does he's still able to run around and play, had 1 round of tonsillitis rather than 1 a month and 0 ear infections. He also takes multi vitamins and honestly he's so much better health wise. Just ordered the fish oil to help with brain power because every other product works so I know this one will too. Worth every single penny in my book, if you want the best for your kids. I also know lots of other mams who also use these products especially the magnesium for sleep/calmer days

My 3 year old daughter is diagnosed with low functioning autism, global developmental delay and a sleep disorder, she has high complex care needs and can be very unregulated and over stimulated especially at night time. She also stims hard and frequent. I didn't want to medicate my child with what was offered on prescription but at the same time she needed something to calm her nervous system. I saw this as an AD on Instagram and did research before I purchased. It wasn't an instant magic potion, it took 2 bottles (around 2 months) to really see a difference and now we wouldn't be without it! She is much calmer, relaxed, can concentrate that little bit more, sleeps!!! She sleeps!! Doesn't stim as hard and is more regulated. I'd recommend the magnesium liposomal to all parents, we have the berry flavour and its almost always delivered next day, I'd say it's definitely changed my life but most importantly it's changed hers ✨

My little boy started school nursery in September. He has a history of early trauma and both school and I were trying to establish whether his emotional outbursts and behaviour were shaped by this trauma or whether he may have ADHD. After researching supplements, I discovered Mighty Kids and figured it was worth a shot. I cannot believe the change in him at home and at school, and as other reviews state, the change was pretty much instant! I opted for the Neuro bundle and my son’s sleep has massively improved. His concentration, focus, behaviour, emotional regulation and ability to learn are all 1000 times better. He’s building strong friendships at school and is learning and behaving in line with his peers! Thank you so much, Mighty Kids for allowing my little boy to be calm and for me to get uninterrupted sleep again!

My daughter has growing pains in her legs she wasn’t sleeping well. This supplement is really great and helps her with pain management. Great product 👍🏻

Waste of money. The multivitamin tastes absolutely awful. Sadly my children refused to have it because the taste is so harsh that they started gagging. My youngest cries when I ask her to take it because she’s traumatised from her experience of nearly throwing up after consuming it! £30 down the drain! Even I can’t tolerate the taste!

I bought the omega 3 and magnesium for my son. Unfortunately he cannot tolerate the magnesium at all, mighty kids kindly let us try an alternative flavour free of charge when we struggled with the Apple flavour but he didn’t like the berry either, Im working on trying to hide the magnesium in yoghurts etc.. for now, not always successful but what I can say is we are having a positive experience with the omega 3 and I will continue to buy. He just seems more thoughtful and not as frantic so long may it last.

The magnesium for children is amazing it has really helped settle our grandson at night would highly recommend

Don’t order the apple flavour. It’s so bitter I couldn’t get either child to have one full dose of it. Great idea but waste of money if they can’t tolerate the taste.

The quality of the supplements seems really good and the ingredients feel clean compared to a lot of products on the market.

One thing I would say from personal experience definitely keep them refrigerated after opening. I accidentally left mine out and they went off, so it’s important to follow the storage instructions properly once opened.

To be honest, that actually reassured me a bit because it suggests the product isn’t packed with loads of preservatives.

Overall still a great product and I’d definitely recommend them to parents looking for quality children’s supplements.

I ordered a 6 month supply of Magnesium, thinking that if didn't work, then I wouldn't have to order again. We didn't see much difference. First weeks we only noticed that he slept better. My son is currently seven and he bangs his head while making soothing noises to fall asleep. He was doing it less often. So we kept taking the supplementation. With time, it didn't feel like any difference had been made apart from his sleep. Until we ran out of the supplementation. We decided to go just for a normal multivitaminic supplementation. He was roughly 3 weeks without this type of magnesium. Those three weeks were hell! He was sleeping so bad, the banging and the noises at night started to happen constantly, his focus was non existent, his behaviour was a disgrace. He became depressed saying nobody loved him, that he didn't want to have a birthday party because he didnt't derserve it. I belive this came from us telling him off for his bad behaviour. What we didn't realise though, is that taking your Magnesium did in fact make a big difference. Looking back, at school, he was more focused, he wanted to help the teachers, the collegues and the same at home. He was completing his reward chart nearly every day. He had good nights of sleep, he was calm, caring and he was more focused. Definitely makes a difference and he is a few days in, back again in his supplementation, and you can see a difference already.

Excellent order and delivery and will be reordering this product. We can see a real difference in our child's behaviour. He is more focused and his temper is so much more calmer and his confidence has grown.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I had to for mighty kids. Our 3 year old started to have night terrors...screaming for ages, nothing would work to calm him, just awful! Did some research and bought the magnesium supplement. First night of taking it and NO night terrors! And we have had none ever since and that's been about a month now. We have also used the vitamin C, which has been amazing. My two boys are at nursery with bugs galore. With a day or two snotty nose has gone since using vitamin C. More recently I bought the multivitamin for the whole family. Today has been my second day of using it on myself and I ALREADY feel better. Clearer head, more energy, more patience with the kids! I would highly recommend mighty kids. It is a bit more expensive than others but to be honest it's worth it. It's been a game changer for us!

What can i say, I have tried other supplements in between, but nothing compares to the quality and effectiveness of the Mighty Kids products. My kids thrive on these supplements.
