Withdrawal has been put on hold KYC even though my account is verified and I’ve not been asked for any documents. I also have a bank withdrawal that is stuck on “submitted” but has not moved from there. I was very happy till this point, if you can please help I’ll change my rating as I did like the app till this point. Ticket 653499

I would recommend anybody to stay away from this firm, i made a payment that didnt go through with them and first of all i had to write to them because they had taken the money for this and I expected that they would just be put back to my account with fees included because it didnt go through then they couldnt take the fee right, oh I was wrong they put it into their e wallet, so I had to pay a fee to get a failed payment back, so I wrote to the service team and they where really incompetent and kept going on about you have to pay fees to do payments without understanding yeah but the payment didnt went through

Deposited money via Revolut and showed Mifinity my receipt still they have the guts to deny my deposit stating it did not happen.

A month later money is still missing on both Mifinity and Revolut. Sent Revolut to ask for my funds but Mifinity have not even responded in the allotted timeframe.

Have only two options on GGpoker to deposit with. 1. LuxonPay, 2. Mifinity. Never had this problem with Luxon.

Cant withdrawa my money due to not updating my occupation,yet ever time i try to update i get an unexpected error message,customer service not helpful,so Now my money just sits there....

I wanted to Transfer Money from my wallet to my Bank Account and I pay feees for that, now I dont get my Money for over 12 Hours because its „KYC Progress“ when they have 25 documenta of me.. this is very frustrating I dont enjoy using it anymore if its keeps being Like this.

After I make my first withdrawal my money never come to my bank account.
After 10 days no reply from costumer service. Avoid them if you don't want to lost your money.

Since I opened Mifinity Account Im so Happy, I don't have any money issue, Customer Service is also great and they do quick response by e-mail.

Few times I received some loyalty Vouchers.

Just I can't still add any of my bank Cards to be linked.

Transfer money to my bank acuont is like a second. Fast transfer. And the customer is verrrry kindly.

They're not serious, don't use this app anymore, I've already taken the authorities to solve my situation, they always asked for proof of transaction and I sent it, and then they asked for a bank statement, I had to drive to the bank about that unnecessarily, because supposedly they have excuses, they want to keep money, you thiefs, DON'T USE THIS APP.

Since Friday, I need my money to pay bills, it's a shame.!

They ask for source of wealth thru unsecure email, just show how phatetic and amateur they are. No wise person will send such documents as email to some random email. You better use Revolut or other means.

Hello. Until April 17, all was okay. I have used Mifinity for many years without problems. My account is fully verified. On April 17, I received winnings from a casino. When trying to withdraw money to my bank, I received an error message: "Your cumulative transaction limit has been reached. Please contact customer service." I immediately contacted them, and until now, there has been no response. My money is frozen; the account shows no information about any limits.

It is a scam. I loaded the money for some testing and not able to withdraw the same. I have entered correct code multiple times already to verify the card yet card verification fails every time.

I downloaded the card statement from Revolut app and used the code to verify the card on mifinity app. The code is not working. I sent my statement and code also to mifinity team but still every time I receive the same response that verify the card using code.

The code is 9698 and I have tried 10 times already to verify the card.

Their customer support team is completely useless.

Going to raise a dispute for this with my financial institution.

Withdraw not received from last 4days after being processed from your end.
There is no information regarding my withdrawal request.
I have waited the timeline you provide for the funds to reflect in my bank account yet it's not received.
I have mailed mifinity customer service multiple times yet there is no clear answer about my funds.

“MiFinity falsely claimed they reactivated my account and gave 24 hours to withdraw my funds, but the account remains locked. My $57 is still inaccessible since Jan 2023. Support refuses to help. I’ve filed complaints with the MFSA and FCA.

Well , seems that fee is fixd acctually ,dunno what happend then,. but ,yh fee is 1.75€, whetere you payout 10€ , 20€, 30 € .. ,whats acctually nice ..
Ok so payout was completed in 12h tho its first transaction so it might be a reason ,. Hopefully further on would go hop-cap same speed as they come in😅

Mifinity is a scam, stay as far away from them as possible, I have been trying to withdraw my money using my “verified bank card” however I keep getting the error message that my card need to be verify to withdraw money eventhough it’s showing that my card is verified on my account. I have been emailing them with regard to the issue but to no response.

Great payment provider for international use. Only thing I dislike is the fact that your account can get blocked when you send out 2-3 confirmation text messages. Took Mifinity 3 days to unlock my account - Amy did however help me out perfectly. So customer service was very good!
