Sehr entäuschen

Sehr entäuschen, habe nicht gesehen das man kündigen muss und habe die Erinnerung an die Zahlung übersehen, anschliessend kam die 2. Mahnung und ich bin erschrocken habe freundlich nach Verständniss gefragt um Erlass des Betrages da wir den MV gut hätten gebrauchen können mit 3 Umzügen wir jedoch nicht wussten das wir noch Mitglieder sind und aufgrund der Umzüge unsere Situation erschwert ist, man konnte uns nicht entgegenkommen okey kann man noch verstehen ich bat darum die REchnung ein Monat später bezahlen zu können, da die finanziellen Mittel gerade nicht vorhanden sind auch da konnte absolut keine Rücksicht genommen werden. Wirklich sehr entäuschend für das habe ich freiwillig überhaupt ein Jahr bezahlt

Ich habe auf den Anrufbeantworter…

Ich habe auf den Anrufbeantworter gesprochen kein Rückruf. Das ist schon mehr als einmal vorgekommen.
Man bekommt vom Mieterverband des Kantons Zug null Gegenleistung fürs Geld. Ich hoffe das ihr euch verbessern werdet in Zukunft.
