Poor service, awful customer service - AVOID Miele
Purchased a Miele hoover, which has not only scratched our floors but it has also scuffed our leather sofa with the brush tool as it does not stay into place therefore the sofa comes in contact with the plastic with a quick jerk reaction, unabling us to do anything about it as it’s too late.
I have advised I do not want a refund; I do not want this machine repaired (why would I trust this model) I would like a replacement of a different model, any model but I do not trust this model to be in my house.
Why would you use a product that’s known to scratch, damage floors & also leave visible scruff marks on the leather sofa?
Customer solution team have been appalling, mis information, rude, giving inaccurate information, not helpful, very scripted.
Absolutely poor, I have tried to do everything to resolve before resorting to leave this review for a hoover that’s cost £490, that hasn’t been used these last 4 weeks due to this problem. Leaving us without a hoover & a resolution. We’ve had to use a normal broom & will be out of pocket as will have to purchase a new reliable hoover that does not damage your house!
Awful service, very robotic, no human touch disappointed, almost been called a liar too, very upsetting from a well-known pricey brand.
I don’t expect anything by leaving this review, as you can see from the previous negative reviews, nothing gets done, however avoid MIELE at all costs, if something goes wrong, or you need help, you’ve got no chance. Poor & awful, I am so upset by this, didn't even try to help!
Have escalated & still refuse to assist, advised they want to look at it to repair it! Even if it is repaired, I have no trust in this model now, you can even send me a brand new one I will still refuse that, I would like a replacement different hoover, one that does not damage floors!
