Was shipped quickly. Received exactly what we ordered. The umbrella is a very high quality product. Very pleased with our purchase. Would gladly by another for the cottage.

I love the products and the delivery is very timely. I have had significant issues reaching a customer services representative. It took me numerous attempts by phone, email and their online chat over a few days before I reached someone. When I finally did their service was good.

I ordered 2 umbrellas on Monday June 15 and paid the extra $60 to get expedited 1-3 day shipping. As far as I can tell, my order is still in your warehouse.
Your company refunded the $60 fee for expedited shipping but my product still hasn’t moved from your warehouse as best I can tell.
I’ve written to your customer service asking for confirmation my order has shipped and have no response so far.
Soooo, dropping the ball and then crickets from Customer Service.

We order an umbrella last year and a new stand this year. Great product, great delivery service!!

The positives were ease in buying product and timely delivery. However, your tracking app, which I did not use, appeared to have broadly negative comments. Instead of the app I called your company to obtain a ballpark delivery date.

It was easy to customize my order, however I wanted to get an appropriate base for my umbrella and that wasn't easy. I wasn't given all my options as I was ordering, I had to go and look up which was the right one on my own. Also, nobody answered when I tried calling.

We order our large square umbrella 🏖️. Lots of info to walk us through. Free and fast delivery this week.

The umbrella arrived quickly. However, 50% of the hardware (two nuts and two bolts) are faulty. Should be a simple problem. But no. We had to go online and fill out a warranty claim and now are waiting for someone to review it and get back to us. All this just so we can set up the umbrella on the stand. Now I have a very large umbrella lying in my living room while I wait to hear when I can get some bolts to put it up. Also 50% of simple hardware being faulty does not appear to be a random problem.

The speed at which your customer support answered our questions was truly impressive. The Supreme product we ordered looks equally impressive. Really looking forward to trying it out.
