The customer in question was fully refunded once they reached out. At no point was money taken without resolution. We routinely issue refunds when a customer is dissatisfied or when expectations are not aligned.
All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase, with no hidden fees. Claiming surprise at the cost after completing checkout does not reflect how our platform operates.
