I received the shoes I ordered it’s smells glue and it looks cheap and nasty.
They took extra money on my account without explanation.
Product received today 9th April
Product very very low quality very disappointing. I was scam with my hard earned money. Avoid at any cost!!

Avoid at all costs. Awful product. Terrible customer service. Chinese based company. They are blatantly attempting to deceive customers in the UK.

As of other reviews this company needs shutting down when you order from fb it states Mideluxe uk ,so your thinking it post via uk but no it took full 4weeks to arrive and same as rest of reviews they sent wrong size but won’t admit it in other words if you order a size 4 you get a size 38 which we all know that’s a size 5 and so their sizes are all wrong I am left with a pair of shoody sandals made with the cheapest and thinnest leather I have come across but to add insult to injury I was told since they are quality product I should gift them to a friend, are they having a laugh 😡 a update they offered me £3 refund and I can keep their tat

Shoes eventually arrived & they were far too big & not size I ordered & they stunk of glue. I contacted company who absolutely insisted they had sent right size but had no proof & refused refund unless I paid postage to send them all way back to China!!! I eventually got a small refund back but am still £20 out of pocket with shoes far too big & not good quality so they will be going in the bin. Would not recommend at all

Had the exact same experience as Julie review below, I will be getting Paypal to open a case. Shoes not as described and also the logos were half off mine. Thank God I know I am entitled to a full refund but they don't seem to understand so thank God for PayPal ..so yes AVOID

Absolutely shocking experience with Mideluxe. Claimed to be uk based, shipped from US taking weeks to arrive and when I asked to return the shoddy, plastic shoes was told they would need to be posted to China as that’s where Mideluxe UK are based! The shoes (I use the term loosely) were nasty looking - definitely not as advertised and customer service was worse than poor. If there was an option to give minus stars I would give minus 5! Fortunately, I’d paid with PayPal who raised a case and returned my money - otherwise Mideluxe offered £4 refund. Avoid!

Waited 5 weeks for order to be delivered. Wrong size was sent to me. And don’t get me started on the quality. Cheap plastic tat. No support like it was advertised as. The soles are plastic and dangerous to walk on on a tiled floor. Both sandals weigh 1kg!!! Awful product. Very disappointed.

After sales service is shocking. I ordered sandals that arrived in a terrible state and were at least 2 sizes too big. Contacted them by email with a back and forth conversation and because they were the correct size and sandal I ordered they would not let me return them.

Im shocked that a company can do this…I ordered two pairs, one for my daughter and one for myself but both pairs were not the size they should be, yet Mideluxe are adamant that my order is correct. They are refusing to accept they have sent me the wrong size.

I had no idea that I was ordering from a company in China and that delivery took a month!!

Lastly the quality is shocking nothing like the pictures on the website. I’m normally a savvy online shopper but feel like I’ve been completely mis-led.

Please DO NOT buy from this company.

Received screwed up plastic bag with plastic sandals not leather as advertised. Shoddy,shoddy workmanship.
Soles so rigid you cannot walk.
Complained with photos.
Offered £5.
No refund.
Am opening dispute with PayPal today.
OPEN A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AGAINST THESE PEOPLE IF YOU USED THEM, get your money back or get your bank to start a charge back process to reclaim the money to your card!!!
You can act, you do have options against them.
Don’t let them get away with your money.
Stay well away from these absolute scam artists.
FINALLY if you purchased via Facebook ads, report them to FB for fraud.

Filed dispute thru PayPal yesterday by phone they were fantastic.
Just had an email, they’ve judged in favour of me and I’m getting a full refund! So go for it, get your money back from this shoddy lot of chancers.

I ordered platform sneakers from this company. They were described as cushioned sole for extra support. They arrived in a small plastic bag partially folded up I couldn't believe they were my sneakers. They were not platform! They are so light u could bend them over. No cushioned sole. The quality was nothing like described. I have sent a complaint. Worst money ever spent. Cost me €34 total for rubbish shoes that I cannot wear. No invoice included for information about returns. I have photos of what I ordered and what I got. but no way of uploading here.

I would rather have left no stars but if wont let me 😡 I bought a pair of lovely leather sandals online, waited seven weeks for them to arrive only to open them and find the cheapest most awful plastic shoes I have ever seen in my life.
After several emails with the company I was told if I don’t like them I should go and give them to someone as a present!!! The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with,do not touch this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals they've arrived they look nice but the sizes are too small. For 4 days I've been asking for details of how to return them for a refund they've messed me around then just told me they can't refund the money and give the sandals to someone else! Absolutely disgusted with their service and the company! I'd avoid them you'd be better buying a lottery ticket with the money!

Avoid at all costs. I bought shoes for €27:99 ended up paying €44:95 at checkout at which stage it was too late to get out .. the shoes arrived this morning after nearly 4 weeks not boxed so all squashed they are nothing like the picture and have no size and are too small on me .. they are scammers and should be shut down total joke ..

NOT WORTH THE MONEY- Poor quality, wrong size sent, no arch support, took 4 weeks and they are not willing to accept returns or responsibility.
Trading standards should be shutting this website down!

Shoes just arrived after 2 week wait and got sent completely wrong size. Not only that the quality is appalling.

Really poor quality. You think they come from the UK but they come from China. Did eventually arrive but unable to return them as the email doesn’t go through!! Wouldn’t bother. Trying to raise a dispute with my card payer.

Ordered what look like really cute dusky pink trainers with orthopaedic qualities what came was a joke, bright pink, toe cover area looked like workman’s steel toe capped boots. The sole is plastic and the whole item looks inferior to the advertised product.
Complete waste of £33 I will be going to trading standards if I get no joy.
