We have been on two holidays with Middletons and have greatly enjoyed both for quality and value for money. However now very upset that you are not picking up in Burton on Trent. I have spoken with several people who have discovered Middletons but are not able to book again due to no Pickup in Burton. Surely you are missing out on custom as we only have Roberts who Pick up in Burton and they are very popular and usually fully booked.

We have done a lot of day trips with Middletons and always had a brilliant time, but we had never been on a holiday break with them until last week. We did the six day tour to the “Isle of White” and what an excellent time we have had with them. Richard, and Tom our driver, went out of their way to make sure that everyone who was on their coach trip was having the best of time’s. They were both excellent in the job that they were doing. “Well Done” to both of you. We have had such a good time with them on the Isle of Wight tour that we have now booked future holiday tours to do with Middletons in 20 24 “The Isle of Man” tour and the “Donegal Giants Causeway” tour and we are off to Paris in February with them too, which we are really looking forward to doing. As a coach company Middletons seem to be going from strength to strength and we think the reason for this is because they really do care about the passengers comfort and wellbeing and also are giving great value for money. LONG MAY IT CONTINUE.

Fantastic coach firm lovely staff and beautiful coaches just on the way back from Scarborough ( 5th August) with middletons at the moment...can't go wrong highly recommended 👍 😀

We have just come back from Weymouth, I had to leave a review. The hotel rex was amazing, wonderful food, staff could not do any more for us. Middletons was wonderful from the moment we got on the coach. The day trips were well organised and well thought out.

Middletons have gone into Administration! So the chair has gone out of line. Eventually an engineer turned up as I found a bolt sitting on the carpet which had fallen out of the chair somehow. The Engineer stated that the castors had been fitted incorrectly and would order more. They castors came at the end of January. I have sent 3 emails and tried to ring but have had no response. I haven't been sitting in the chair and its completely twisted. In fairness I haven't rang them everyday to try and get a response due to family illness but surely my 3 emails should have been enough. The quality of my chair is not fit for purpose! I won't give up until I get this sorted!!!
So here's an update I just found out, apparently I will! They've gone into administration 😕

Buy cheap buy twice cowboy company and I see they have gone bust if you want brilliant chairs with great customer service and great after care go to HSL the best company around

As they have gone into receivership, perhaps people that have outstanding issues or paid deposits would like to get in touch with their parent company World Class Finance Ltd which is still trading with the same directors as Middletons along with other companies in the group : Oaktree Mobility Ltd, Prospect Place Management (Cardiff) Ltd and RG42 Ltd

We ordered a wanderer folding scooter which arrived a few days later. We also ordered the off board charger another battery and the cover. We were told the 19th December for delivery not shown up as yet

Middletons has gone into administration. I have dealt with middletons in different ways and must say there just a company like everyone else. Your ableworlds and your hsls all trying to keep head above water. Sadly middletons couldn't do that. There customer services was there downfall but stores tried there best. I understand people have issues with there items but the chairs and beds you buy from middletons are made and are exactly the same as you hsl chairs and ableworld chairs.

My father in law recently purchased a mobility scooter from this lot. Very soon afterwards, the scooter began to develop some problems with the battery etc. Also problems with paperwork including insurance etc. Main problem is, he is now unable to contact them as they seem to be experiencing technical difficulties with their telephone system. The date given for the grand unveiling of the trouble free telephone system keeps moving. Currently it appears to be Tuesday 17th January. I am not holding out much hope for a Lazarus type resurrection going by some of the other reviews on here. Btw, you might be interested to hear that the directors appear to be serial company dumpers. Also, maybe you could try contacting Oak Tree Mobility Limited - company number 06829860 and telephone number 0800 999 2781. Turns out they also own this company which sounds to me to be very similar to the late Middletons

I AM POSTING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I ORDERED A CHAIR FROM THIS MIDDLETONS COMPANY SEPT 2022, THE REP TOOK A DEPOSIT PAYMENT OF £778.00, THE ORDER GOT TOTALLY F----D UP BY MIDDLETONS THEMSELVES, BY DECEMBER I STILL HADN'T HEARD NOTHING REGARDING MY CHAIR SO I RANG THEM TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON, GOT TOLD THE CHAIR HAD NOT EVEN BEEN ORDERED SO THEREFORE I EMAILED THEM TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER ORDERING IT & TOLD THEM TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT IN FULL & THEY PROMISED ON THE 20TH DEC 2022 VIA EMAIL FROM THEIR LEAVERS TEAM THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE PAID BACK TO ME BETWEEN 8-12 DAYS & GUESS WHAT YOU GUYS IT IS NOW 13TH JANUARY 2023 & I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BLOODY PENNY, I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES & NOW JUST GET IGNORED! I ACTUALLY FEEL THAT THEY HAVE F-----G RIPPED ME OFF! I had come on here to tell how appalling we have been treated and how awful the quality of the chairs we bought were and that we had had to complain to the Ombudsman and were also about to take action in the small claims court. Their chair has actually damaged my solid oak floor so badly I am having to have the whole floor sanded down and resealed by a local tradesman but now reading what I have here this morning I am going to have to bear the brunt of them going into liquidation and pay for the work myself. At least I got my money back for the two rubbish chairs so could buy two from HSL that have proved to be fantastic! I can now add the cost of the damage to my floor, £300!!!! And that does NOT mention that I had to spend about 3 days stripping everything out of my room and putting everything back in place or the disruption to our lives while all this was done. Also know that I had had a knee replaced and struggled to do this. I really do wish I had never heard of this damn company!

Middletons have gone out of business, which is why you can't get hold of them. Joke of a company.

I have been trying to contact Middletons since late December when my wife was sent home from hospital with terminal cancer. Her scooter was delivered late November and she has never been able to use it due to her health. Every telephone number I have tried reports either "the extension you are calling is unreachable at the moment " (applies to any store number) or if calling the 0800 customer service number "we are experiencing technical difficulties. These are expected to be resolving by Tuesday 18 Jan"

Purchased auto fold late 2021 November 2022 charger proved to be faulty, raised claim but no action, called December assured replacement would be sent rang late December and asked to ring again in 3 days when the message stating would answer on January 10th now the 11th and still the taped message is playing. About to order from another source.

Great customer service but haven't spoken to them since 28th Dec 2022 now I can't get hold of them says the computers are down I have been waiting for a innertube for scooter and there's been 2 days I could of used it and I can't
