I ordered a product at the beginning of March. The delivery date was changed to mid-May right after my order.
I've since tried to cancel the order. I had to call customer service daily for a month before the order was finally cancelled. I was of course billed for the product (over 100CHF) on my credit card and still waiting for the refund. The customer service was unable to cancel the order and also unable to send me a confirmation they would cancel it, so I couldn't even order the product elsewhere.
Eventually, I ordered the product on Galaxus which was cheaper and arrived in two days.
Microspot used to be good. I don't know what's going on, if it's the InterDiscount merge or something else, but the quality has dramatically gone down.
This was my last order at Microspot, there are enough other good options that don't treat customers like they are worthless and distrustful, such as Digitec/Galaxus and Brack, for example.

We ordered a product worth 850chf. There was a small part missing. After two months customer service still isn't able to send the missing part although they have it in their store. We had to order it from a different store. Very disappointing customer service! Order from Brack.ch or Galaxus.ch instead.

I ordered a helmet of 149CHF but sent it back as it didn't fit me. The helmet was intact and the box was simply opened, not damaged: they charged me 29,80CHF for just having opened the cardboard box ?!! I have never ordered from a website that claims to take returns and then had to pay for simply opening the package. I also had to call four times to get an explanation. Scandalous and will not order from them again!

I ordered Thule Chariot Cross 2, and it came without the bike connection peace, after contacting the Microspot support team I was told to contact Thule after contacting Thule support team I was told to contact Microspot 😩😩😩 , so. far 3 weeks passed and now missing peace. I never had such a bad experience before.

Good store when everything goes well, however if you have a problem, you will suffer as their customer service is far from competent.
My urgent order, which was supposed to arrive the next day, was not delivered. I wrote them after a few days of not receiving it, then they took few days to respond but no solution, just that they were looking into it.
I didn't hear from them so I recontacted them after a few days and they still took days to respond: the order was lost and that they were waiting for the swiss post to investigate it. I asked them by email to send a replacement urgently, and not receiving a response, I called them by phone, which happened to be an adventure. I had to explain my situation to 3 representatives on the phone who were totally clueless. Finally the last of them mentioned that she needed to check with her manager to send a replacement on the same day, which they never did.
The next day I receive an email still asking me if I wanted them to resend me tje article, which had already confirmed by email and on the phone, however they are so little competent that they are still asking me a third time...
I have been mentally exhausted by their absolute lack of care and how impressively bad their customer service is, that I gave up and asked for a refund.
After a few days I still have no news from them. I don't wish anybody to has this awful, stressing and time consuming experience. No customer deserves to be treated that badly.

Your delivery men asked me for 99 CHF in cash to take the fridge to my floor and to my place of use.
I would have paid for it, had you just told me in advance, what your "home delivery" meant, and given me options to pay you online, instead of charging me IN MY PARKING and demanding cash.
I wish you would arrange delivery just like many other honest brands operating in Suisse such as IKEA and Galaxus. They both give clients options - to pay for either curbside delivery or apartment delivery. Perhaps I missed it when I checked out? I certainly hope that was the case. You calling this « livraison à domicile » without specifying what it really means, is shady business practice to me anyhow.

Microspot use a company called Quickpac to do their product deliveries in Zürich who are absolutely hopeless. My partner had to delay meetings to fit with their delivery window, only for them to keep shifting them and then fail to deliver when nobody was home after four and a half hours of waiting. I then had to leave work early to be home for their new four hour delivery window, only for them not to turn up at all. They are now promising a thirty minute delivery window, sometime today, which keeps moving by thirty minutes every thirty minutes. It doesn't really matter what your prices or products are like if the company you task with delivering them cannot fulfill its most basic function.

Poor quality products. Light bulbs did not work and after sending 1 deffective light bulb (with opened package) + 7 non-opened and ask for a refund (after paying 5 CHF to return them), Microspot reimbursed 7 but resent me 1 lightbulb (to rpelace the deffective one unwrapped).
Except I don't want just 1 light bulb and I had requested specifically in the return form to have it reimbursed. Now it cost me 5 CHF of postage again to resend a CHF 5 light bulb.
Terrible environmental footprint. I ordered 3 items and all 3 got sent separately in much larger boxes than needed.

Since I am still using a desktop that cannot be upgraded to the new version, the files I create on my laptop cannot be used on my desktop. This is a big miss.

My product hasn’t arrived after a week from being posted, the package number is not recognized by the tracking service and I’ve written to the client service desk and not received any answer… prices was good if I’d get the product!

Purchased a Samsung QLED TV from Microspot.ch in August 2022. No complaints with the delivery service. The TV stopped working in July 2023, within the guarantee period. Samsung tech support offered to repair the TV for a charge of 230 CHF to have the TV collected from our house, or we could contact the retailer (Microspot) about the repair. Phoned Microspot and they tried to refer us back to Samsung. We pushed further and they said they could repair the TV for a charge of 80 CHF for collection, but it would take 6-8 weeks. We asked for them to collect the item for free and bring a loan TV with them. No response. Now without a TV for more than 1 week. Worthless guarantee. Never again Samsung. Never again Microspot.
Edit 14/07/23 - Based on the response from Microspot - better to choose a local retailer where you can easily return your electrical item for a quick repair/ replacement. Microspot's guarantee is worthless if you're forced to be without your item for a 6-8 weeks and pay to return it to them.

If I can give 0, I would do that! NEVER ORDER WITH THEM! I can’t get hold on anyone from customer service team about 2 missing items from my parcel! They don’t refund, rip off from “free return” policy! The call center is not helpful, employees don’t know answers to simple questions! I NEED REFUND! It’s been almost a month that my order is not delivered to me and I live in the center of Switzerland!

Very bad experience! The delivery time is delayed for 7 weeks without even a explanation. I have to move out this address in 4 weeks from now and just receive my third delay that I cannot receive my item within 5 weeks. On their website their time of arrival is within a week after the order (they still say so on the page of item), but when the estimated date come they just send you another message that this delivery will be delayed for another week, and keep doing so until they make you really mad. This is likely happened to many other persons before. Now after I contacted their service they just simply reply me that I will PROBABLY receive it 5 weeks later with no guarantee at all. This feels like they enjoy playing around with you after they took all your money. I even paid an extra fee for the delivery insurance from them but still this is what happended. I would not recommend this company to anyone that not enjoy being toyed for weeks. IF you cannot deliver something, just do not sell it.

Delivery time incorrect, received 3 times notice of delay on the day or after the day delivery had been planned. Despite a delay of 6 weeks, the website is still selling the item for delivery the next week. At the evolution of the price of technology, certainly Microspot can ensure to provide cheaper prices if selling without delivery expected for several months. I cancelled the order because of the poor customer service to address this issue.
