Scam
First, I didn’t notice that the MS software was for PC only. It did not say it on the purchase link. It could not be returned. Then I purchased the Mac version. The key did not work and customer service was very unhelpful. They were telling me to do things I already did and calling me sir, even though my name is feminine. There were misspelled words in the email and website. It made me think this site is not legit and I should have known better. Wasted money on nothing.

Can’t install MS as purchased email account did not match
The MS software I purchase would not install because the email used to buy the software did not match mine. I tried installing on two different email accounts when was locked out of one account due to multiple failures in installing. The vendor blamed the failure to install on the lockout account. Refuse to communicate and ignore my request for refund.
