In the first paragraph on the product description page where you ordered this timepiece, we provide a very noticeable link in bold red inviting customers to add the optional bracelet as well. We also state explicitly in the detailed specifications list that the straps provided are just the leather ones. As such, we feel it's already quite clear that the bracelet isn't included with the watch, which is already discounted by $400 USD.
There are pictures on the page of the watch with the leather straps in some and the bracelet in others, so we can understand if you didn't read the product description and just clicked the add to cart link. We don't want any of our customers to be disappointed, especially since we also think this is a very nice watch. If you'd care to order the bracelet on it's own from our web site, we'd be glad to waive the shipping fee for you, so the overall price would be the same as if you purchased them both together. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to do that.
A Beautiful watch
A Beautiful watch. The article matched the description in every way. Delivery was prompt and trouble free. In my opinion - a simple english language Instruction manual should be included in the box. The box though elegant is likely to become grimy if used as a travel carry case for two watches.
I would have loved to receive one extra set of straps with Buckle in the box ( included in the sale price) as the Watch is not cheap for me.
The handwritten note about zero beat error is a very nice touch.
I look forward to making another purchase through the Microbrand store in future.

One of the reasons we like Gruppo Gamma watches in the store is that most are very well regulated (such as yours with an average dial-up accuracy of 0 seconds per day, and 0.0ms beat error on our timegrapher) and have buttery smooth winding - which is a sign that the movement has likely been taken apart, cleaned and properly lubricated, something not too many microbrands do due to the extra expense.
