Appalling Costumer Service
This company’s costumer service is beyond appalling!
I have ordered cat litter and in the confirmation email I received the date of the following day was stated as being ready for delivery. After 4 days where I heard nothing I contacted the number stated as costumer service.
The costumer service “specialist” started her communication with me with “I don’t answer phone on holiday” when I pointed out it wasn’t a holiday she said “you have been very rude, this is unacceptable”
This line of communication continued to a point I was getting abused by her.
She then cancelled my order after I explicitly asked her not to.
I contacted the head office in the US asking to be contacted by management, I was told I will be contacted by a “Harry” but nothing happened. After two weeks when I emailed again, they sent my complaint to the same person the complaint was made against who emailed back saying she investigated and decided nothing wrong has happened. I am beyond shocked by this complaint management.
So if you feel like being treated badly and abused by costumer service- they are the company for you!
