250€ is a waste of money. DO NOT BUY A MICHAEL KORS SMARTWATCH. I purchased a smartwatch (DARCI GEN 5E) in December 2022. I did not use it daily (the maximum total days of use is 50), and eight months ago, one of the charging rings fell off, and I lost it. Michael Kors does not offer a repair service or maintain spare parts for its products, which is totally unacceptable. I haven't been able to fix it.

I Purchased a bag and l received the wrong one . After communicating with their customer service they advised l could return it and l would get l refund both for the bag and shipping cost as well cause that wasn’t my fault ! After sending it back it took ages to get a response so l contacted customer support again and provided the delivery confirmation so again they agreed l will get a refund as l should ! Nothing happened and l got an email few days later that shipping cost is non -refundable. But they didn’t even sent me a refund for the item l returned( wrong item that delivered to me ) let alone the shipping fee. How unacceptable, unreliable brand , very bad customer service and experience, they don’t check previous correspondence, they are not willing to get even the basic A REFUND as they should ! So I basically got the wrong item , returned it back and l don’t even have a refund !

I purchased a cobalt leather platform ankle boots in jan.2025. yesterday Apr.22.2025, both boots were cut in half right the same place as the other one from the platform. I called today to the customer service, they told me they have only 90 days warranty on the boots. So, they know the quality that they are using do not last longer, that's why they have put this BS 90 days warranty. He said I will be neither be refunded or being replaced by another pair. Very irresponsible brand. I will never ever ever ever buy anything from Michael Kors & I will let everybody knows that what type of fraud is going on in this company by using people's money. I will waisted $210 for a cheap quality boots from Michael Kors and just wore them almost 4 months. Even Walmart has better quality than them. Please share this with your friends & families not to get trapped by their name. Sooooo cheap, sooooo low class & terrible quality.

Bought a smartwatch in July 2024, worn a couple times, stopped charging, sent for repair after 2months, worn again a couple times and stopped charging! Was looking for replacement watch or refund- customer service refused either option and advised to send for repair again - absolutely unacceptable for the brand like Michael Kors- never again will purchase anything from them!
Poor customer service
Been buying Michael Kors for years. I do not really buy anything else. I have a purse that I bought about 4 months ago that has a little stitching in the handle that is unraveling. I called their warranty line. They took all my info and said they would have a response for me in 24 to 48 hours, but asked me to go online and contact them through their chat so that I can send them a picture of the item. I did that. They asked for a copy of my receipt, which I didn't have. But the first representative was able to tell me how much I purchased the purse for. The second representative claimed that they can not see purchases made in stores in their system. They want me to ship them my entire purse with a form filled out with the same information that I already gave 2 representatives, so they can determine the resolution. They wanted me to ship my whole purse out, for a handle that is removable without guaranteeing that they were going to fix it. POOR customer service for a long time customer. And I don't believe that they can't see that information in their system. Every purchase has been made by giving them my personal information. It is not just a random ring up. They sure know how to track me down for items that I've just looked at purchasing to send me reminder emails to buy the items. But somehow they can't figure out what I've bought

Purchased a pair of loafers online more than 2 weeks ago but i am yet to receive the order. When i contacted their customer service team i was told to wait till the 16th of April. When i contacted them again i was sent a DPD claim form???? Never had another company send me this before. Some of the details required on the form were for the company to fill out and not the customer. I think they are just trying to fob the customer off! I have since asked to speak to a manager but no one has contacted me. Terrible service. Oh also, they have the wrong shoe sizes on their site compared to the general ones for US-UK. When you request a return they do not refund the delivery charges! Such cheapskates!!
I have a purse I can’t use
About a year and a half ago I bought a beautiful Michael Kors tote. I have used it maybe half a dozen times. The purse hangs in my closet. The straps have disintegrated. I called the company to order replacement straps and they don’t have replacement straps. They sent me to a company that wants $85 for the replacement straps plus $30 to ship it back to me. That’s more than I paid for the purse. Now I have a purse I can’t even use. I will think twice about buying Michael Kors in the future.

Ordered a men’s watch online as a wedding gift and was sent the wrong watch. Contacted customer services and was told I could get a 20% refund on a watch which I paid over £100 for or get a full refund. I urgently needed the watch and don’t have time to get a replacement gift. All I wanted was for MK to take the wrong item they’ve sent me and send out the correct item. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be ordering from them again.

Angela, the manager, refused to do a price adjustment after a store employee told me on the phone to bring in my receipt and get the 25% off my $480 bag. Angela took it upon herself to write on my receipt that my item is "not returnable" even though I was not returning my bag, but simply getting the 25% OFF KORSvip Promo that is currently running. The bag was purchased on 2/13/25 well within the 30 day refund period. Would give a 0/5 if possible.
Purse got for Christmas
I bought a purse for Christmas it has started to slouch they told me that it was not covered under the warranty. Does anyone else that the price we pay for these purses they should not start breaking down after 3 months and haven't even used it that long. I would expect it if I had paid maybe 20 dollars for a purse but not these. So disappointed in this company and the customer service does not care anymore than the company. Don't buy from this brand! I bought the same pair of shoes after 3y cause the old broke (feels too soon), the same paid is more expensive and quality is worse (less leather %). I tried them on and they were fine, upon wearing them and walking 2mins from my door the pain was so unbearable that I had to go back home and change shoes. What is strange is that the sole is fault and so pailful, whereas the tenth of the shoes is fine! I contacted customer service which replied in a line saying they have been worn and term is 30days. Which I am well aware of the terms since I didn't return because I wanted to keep the item! also in the pics you can see they haven't been used but basically only tried on! how am I supposed to know they're faulty! AWFUL SERVICE

Poor leather quality
I have many handbags and was excited to get a Michael Kors added to my collection. It has been the worst quality. My handles split just after the year warranty. I paid to get it fixed but you can only put leather over the top. It since is splitting in other places. For being almost $400 and a big name you think would last longer. I have a name brand bag that is 20 years old and has stood up better. With that said it is only the handles but that is what you use the most.

I used to love MK bags now after shopping at the walden galleria location and they are very rude and no help in the situation there store computers caused. It double charged my credit card this happened back in December and my bank sent them a dispute and never heard back from the company!! I've dealt with customer service and gave them all the information and still don't get no help it's been over 2 months now they are very aware of the situation! So I dont recommend buying from them. I get emails but no actual response or solution. They scam people is the only way they stay open. By overcharging and robbing the customer. I've posted on there sight and they delete it so that says they are hiding something!! They've had ample time to fix this owe me for the overcharge and the paperwork I faxed to my bank that was $17.30 i have receipts. I have copies that my bank reached out a few times and no response. Just be careful if you buy from this company.

SCAM! Ordered my bag, got shipping info quick. Item never shipped. Responded to confirmation email asking what was going on. Was told they reached out to the seller, which I THOUGHT was MK, saying they have 3 days to ship or I’ll get my $ back. 3 days went by and no longer getting responses. I call MK who inform me I do not have an order placed with them and I need to continue communication through email. I got the run around all day. Finally I contacted my bank informing them this was a fraudulent charge and they gave me my $ back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I had a truly disappointing experience with Michael Kors customer service that I feel compelled to share. I ordered two bags of the same design in different colors, eagerly awaiting their arrival. However, both bags arrived without the key attachment—the little charm hanging from the bag handle that adds so much character.
I reached out to customer service 17 times, conversing with numerous representatives in the process. Unfortunately, not a single person was able to address my issue. One representative even told me, "It's just a decorative part; you should have it." While I understand it may be seen as an accessory, it is an important aspect of the bag for me. Instead of receiving the missing part, they sent me a return code without my consent. I never even requested a return! All I wanted was for them to send me the missing accessory.
To make matters worse, it seems that many of the customer service representatives didn't fully read or understand my messages. I was left feeling frustrated and unheard, and at times, I questioned whether they grasped basic English.
Overall, my experience with Michael Kors' customer service has been incredibly unsatisfactory. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and style, the lack of support and resolution I received was anything but that. I hope they can improve their customer service experience in the future, as right now, it's simply not acceptable.
