Ridiculous website
Ridiculous website. It’s a joke. You choose items but only later (when you entered your credit card details at the checkout) you get to know that all of them are out of stock. I placed an order, I was charged for it and in a week they sent me a letter saying that they cannot fulfill it. Great. All in all, don’t order online, their website is not reliable and doesn’t reflect their actual stock.

Received my order in less than 48 hours, was dispatched and delivered with exceptional speed, was kept informed of each stage of the process. Item arrived and I am very happy. Would order off here again.
Take your business elsewhere
Went through the order process and scheduled a click & collect. Email confirmation received with a message to say I would receive another when my order was ready to collect. Within an hour and half or so I'd received another email to say my order had been cancelled with no reason for cancelling. Completely awful customer experience.

My Mum bought me a MK purse from Cheshire Oaks last year for Christmas. I never used it till this Summer. Within a couple of days the press stud came away from the purse. Unfortunately my Mum passed away so I have no receipt. I drove to Cheshire Oaks-over an hour away-to explain this but they just said I'd to contact MK direct. After weeks of intense emails from them they won't do anything about it. Said they can't trace a receipt so basically tough even though I sent them the label from inside+photos of the purse etc. I will never buy anything else from them ever again.

Can't rate the product, as I haven't received it, their chosen delivery partner didn't bother delivering it to the correct place, dropped it somewhere at a neighbours door (same street, different property block as per courier GPS information). Now I'm left without money, without a parcel and all MK can do- fill a form which will then be investigated sometime when they're free. Well great, the courier company tells me to contact the seller, and then the seller sends me a form back to contact the courier company, how cool is that?! Isn't this the greatest place to buy stuff from? I will fill the form, once I figure out how to fill a protected pdf form, as I don't have a printer at home and can't print it to handfill, and probably will get my money/parcel eventually, but this is just not the service you'd expect from a big brand online seller. I'd avoid ordering from here and find alternatives online.
Generally happy with MK
I’m surprised by the number of negative reviews. I always order online. Mostly as presents for my sister. I’ve never had major issues with quality or service. Had to return an item this year as they sent wrong order but got my refund and customer service was helpful.
Also I received a sandal order where one side looked like a display item and asked for and got a further discount due to the scoffs, etc
Again customer service was speedy and helpful

Poor quality and terrible customer service
Someone bought me some earrings for a special birthday. Only had them 3 years and a few stones in one have fell out. Sent them back, but the customer service has been diabolical! Very disappointing experience. Refuse to repair unless I pay nearly 3/4 of the cost of the original earrings to repair a few stones in 1, which shouldn’t have fell out anyway if they had been better quality!!

The bag was heavily reduced in price but still expect to get what is Advertised on the official Michael kors site.

Bad customer service, no refund.
Horrible customer service. Due to Brexit, my order was said to be delayed. However, I have been waiting for 2 months for it to arrive and have had no updates on order status! (I believe it has been lost due to the crazy 2 month delivery time). I have contacted them twice requesting a refund, because I, clearly, don’t need the item anymore and I am extremely frustrated about the situation. First time they ignored me. Second, they just sent a gift “40£ off my next order”(basically ignoring my request for refund), which will be no good for me, since I will never shop there again!
Got a refund with no issues
I have ordered a pair of sandals on sale but they did not fit well (the leather was way too hard in my opinion, which was rather strange for such a high end brand). I returned and got my refund in around 2-3 weeks time. I have to say though that when I realised that the parcel has reached their distribution centre, I did write them an email saying that I read a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot and if they can advise me if I should be starting a process with my bank yet or they are going to refund. Not sure if may be this worked, but my email was answered in under 30 minutes and a week after that I had a refund.
I want to give zero stars, but that isn't possible
I want to give zero stars, but can't. MK should be thoroughly ashamed of their lack of good customer service and the way they treat their customers. I will never buy anything from them again! I purchased a couple of handbags then unfortunately some clothes which were too big so I returned the clothes over a month ago. I have been chasing my refund for over 2 weeks now and they firstly ignore your messages then respond with a message in such poor English that you can't understand a thing. Then they ignore you again. There is no phone number to contact them, you have to message them which they ignore. Out of sheer exasperation I have gone through Martin Lewis' Resolver and after several messages on there, without a singe apology from them, they have confirmed receipt of my goods but still haven't refunded my money saying that they need to escalate this to another department!! So, 5 weeks after returning my items I still don't have a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
