Usaglig reklamations afdeling.

Jeg har haft en sort cardigan til reklamation pga den var meget nulred , det første 1/2 års tid brugte jeg den kun til pænt brug, da var den allerede grim, jeg brugte den så lidt en mdrs tid, og lagde den så ind i mit skab, den har aldrig været vasket og kun brugt en 30 - 40 gange, nu er reklamation afvist fordi det er forlænge siden jeg købte ( købt d. 2/2-16 og så vurderet de at det er slid ved brug og vask.
