A total scam!

I ordered a mic from www micgeek com on January/12/2018 to Ukraine and never receive the item. They contacted to confirm the shipping address but after that no one can be reach for shipping tracking number. I tried to contact the person in charge, sales team and even their FB page (MicGeek Karaoke Microphone). NONE of them are willing to help me and they act like it's none of their business. There's no tracking number after you ordered, I pay shipping for $10 to Ukraine. Don't get fool with the good reviews on the website, all reviews manage by moderator. I asked for a refund and the seller didn't follow up my request ( payment via Paypal). It's a total scam!
