TERRIBLE experience. I ordered vinyl flooring for a kitchen. The flooring was very different from the photos shown on their site and very bad quality.Delivery took a long time because they said they did not have enough staff!! I paid 250 euros. I ordered on their French website in French but in fact this company is based in Germany. When I tried to return the article I was told I must pay for the return. returns are to Germany not France. I also had to email several times to even find out how I could return the article and the address I must send to. I paid 22 euros to return the article but then it was returned to back to me. I contacted the company again to ask why I had received the article back again and I asked for a returns label this time because I have already paid at my own cost to return. I received an email to say no refund until this article is returned and that by making an order I agreed to their terms and conditions.I have already returned the article once at my own cost!!
Are terms and conditions to sell in French on a French website when in fact you are in Germany? Should you be clear and honest about this, especially for returns?
Are terms and conditions to put photos on your site which do not represent the product that I received.
Are terms and conditions when I have paid to return the article yet it has come back to me again?
No customer service at all, do you not care about your customers or your reputation as a company?
