The battle for a deposit repayment.
After six months of emails, calls, appeals, providing detailed info, I have still not received the refund for the rent my daughter at Micampus.
They finally agreed but are now asking all kind of info about the banktransfer.
They claim not to know the bank.
They ask a bank certificate.
They claim the bank acc number is incorrect.
I received dozens of international transfers into this account and never had an issue and never received this kind of questions.
I hope it is not yet another manoeuvre to delay or derail the transfer but it sure feels like one.
I was told Micampus has a standard list of some 50 questions to delay or derail transfers.
They should really replace the word integrity on the website value page and replace it by robbery.
Stealing from students is in my book a hideous crime and Micampus is surely guilty of it
I hope that some of their employees have the integrity to do the right thing.
They mention that 80 % of their staff left in the last 12 months…maybe they left because they do not want to be part of this organisation.
