We received the fountain without the pump and straw. We contacted the cs and they directly responded. They sent the missing parts immediately. Now we have a functioning fountain

Good to know German, though
The web site was clear (though I needed my rudimentary German!), the pump arrived quickly and was delivered straight to my post box.

I got scammed
I bought a pump on the 10th November. Its now the 24. November. After asking like three times for a Tracking number. I just got left with: "Your Package is too small so we dont send it with tracking numbers." But i payed 7€ for normal shipping. In 2025 suddenly no body uses tracking numbers all of a sudden.

Super
The packaging was excellent, so good in fact that I had difficulty removing the fountain parts from the styrofoam. The fountain is superbly fired, and the color is beautiful. Our cats love it.
