Thanks to Lotta for sorting out a refund for me after the boots I ordered completely came apart at the heel and sole. As soon as I reported it and sent over a photo, my case was dealt with straight away. Especially as an international customer, I really appreciated how carefully they handled everything.

Received a faulty pair of shoes, I emailed customer service and i spoke to a lady called Lotta.She advised i can keep the shoes & they can issue me a new pair free of charge with express delivery.She couldn’t have been more helpful.Although is very annoying to receive a faulty item, i am Very pleased with the customer service.
