Terrible service
Terrible service. Would not order from again. A week past my expected delivery date I hadn’t even received a shipping notification. My first email to customer service was ignored and the second was responded to advising they would be shipping the following week. It’s now the Thursday of the week I was told they would ship and STILL no shipping notification.
The hassle and poor communication isn’t worth the money saved.

I ordered Oliver Peoples glasses from Japan and was initially a little concerned about purchasing from an overseas online store. However, the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my questions and carefully confirmed the model, color and size before shipping. The glasses were shipped promptly from Italy by DHL and arrived safely in perfect condition. Experience has been terrible. Took 3 weeks to be sent out and when id finally received the package they were bent. They insist they check every order before being sent out, obviously not true. No accountability for their mistake. Won’t shop with them again

Impressive artistic website, clear view images and good selection of frames
Good website giving good clear images of frames with information. Ease of making an order through to notification of when despatched and regular email of progression of order and expected delivery date. Well satisfied with everything and the perfect condition I found my order to be including the little surprise cleaning cloth and mini screwdriver device.
