Happy Australian customer
Initially, I was a little unsure purchasing all the way from Australia, but when I saw my favourite pair of sunglasses were 40% off I couldn’t say no. Upon purchase I received a tracking number and was able to track them all the way through their journey. 2-3 weeks later, my sunglasses arrived in perfect condition and I’m extremely happy with them. Would definitely purchase from Mis Burton again.

Love the Prada sunglasses and the price was 50% lower than other vendors!!! However, during shipping the box and sunglasses case got crushed!! Therefore, I can’t use the case!😞

Coming from Italy? Not a problem. Returns to Italy? Not a problem. My first experience was purchasing Persol frames. Great price on a new model so I jumped. When they showed up five days later, I couldn't believe it... all the way from Italy to California. But yes, here they were, in perfect brand new condition well packed for the journey. The bummer was that they didn’t fit me right so I opened the box again and there was a label ready to be applied. I did just that and dropped off the box at a DHL access point close to me. Five days later, I received an email that they had received the frames. Five days after that, I received another email about the refund. One day later, the credit appeared on my card. Perfect all around (except for the frames not fitting) but it certainly was a test of the Mia Burton process and they passed with an A+. I am continuing my search for another set of frames on their website, which is also one if not the best sites to search and view frames. Nicely done all around. Purchase from them with 100% confidence.
