Awful services, awful products, really impolite employees
I bought a defect cell phone from Windtre Saluzzo. I moved to Trapani shortly after. I went to Windtre store to replace the cell phone or get the money back. I was told that the cell phone could be returned only in Saluzzo within 7 days after purchasing it. I was socked about it. The only solution was to go to Electrica Cicala, Trapani. Unfortunately, they don't provide a cell phone during the repairing time. 60% of the given and written information provided by the employees from Trapani office was wrong. It is written that the cell phone must be returned in 15 days. After 21 days I went to the office and I realized that nothing was done to the cell phone. WhatsApp contact and email address were incorrect, both employees were mocking me and threatened that my cell can be held for 2 months or it can be returned as soon as possible without being repaired. I was told something and something else was done. I called Custer service Xiaomi, Italy, pressed the complaints number 4. They refused to file a complaint even though after one month, I still don't have my cell phone. I don't think that it was repaired and it was returned to me as the employees probably want to give me a lesson. I can't believe how they have a job. The ones from Xiaomi as well as they were obligated to register the complaint. 2 of them refused saying that the cell phone was fixed. It's illegal as according to its rules and regulations, the cell phone must be returned in 15 days. Awful services.
Bit saying the cell phone isn't great at all! No idea what's happened with my cell. Unfortunately, they can say and do whatever they want as they aren't afraid of anything. They asked me what laws say that they need to register the complaint. They are obligated to give a number and an official answer.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Xiaomi's after-sale service. My Xiaomi TV's display stopped working, so I promptly booked an appointment for the 16th October 2023 within the 2-4 pm time slot, as indicated on the app. To my dismay, no technician showed up during that time frame. After contacting customer service, they assured me that the technician would arrive before 6 pm, but once again, I was left waiting in vain.
Desperate for a solution, I called customer service once more, and to my disbelief, they informed me that the technician would arrive within 24 hours after booking a slot. This meant I had wasted an entire day, even taking a leave from work, only to receive no assistance.
This experience has been nothing short of infuriating and a colossal waste of my time. Xiaomi's after-sale service has proven to be woefully inadequate and unreliable, and it has left me with a sour impression of the brand.

I tried to contact bluedart courier which wasn't easy. After receiving the set today it took more time to book for installation. Whether the company cannot call and book installation after purchase? If bothered about customer service they will take steps. Amazon and Flipkart are roaring in the market and this company will drive the customers out. Not happy with the installation time allocated and let the company enjoy their attitude.

I bought a robot vacuum cleaner with a real-time camera 2 weeks ago, when I try to open the camera on my smartphone I get a "failed" error, the camera though is not broken (it's working as it's capturing obstacles when cleaning).
In the country where I currently live Xiaomi doesn't have a repair center so they refused to do anything to help me resolve the issue, I asked even to send my robot via DHL to where there is a support center, but they refused, seems they don't care about individual problems, will NEVER buy from Xiaomi again. Didn't receive any refund and left with a broken robot.

They make great stuff. I have been using their products since 2015. Started with Mi5s Plus, still in great shape with a few repairs over the years. I used the HD earphones and cleaning robots. All work perfectly.

This is what happened to you, after almost a year of use of mi projector 2, which Xiaomi is still selling but not able to repair due to the lack of spare parts, and even the head office could not solve or take responsibility for the issue.
I bought 4 different products from them, but when I needed service they could not fix it. The products now are trash, i contacted their service center, they asked me to provide a lot of information but they failed to coordinate with the local service center and solve the problem, due to lack of spare parts.

How could a global brand like Xiaomi be so devoid of basic empathy and responsibility?
Online shopping is meant to be convenient and reliable, but my recent interaction with Xiaomi UK has shown me the dark underbelly of a corporate giant that has seemingly lost its way. Let me share my harrowing journey, which has left me frustrated.
1. The Order that Started It All:
On the 29th of July, I placed an order with Xiaomi UK, an internationally recognised brand. Little did I know that this would spiral into a calamity that would consume weeks of my time and energy.
2. The Initial Mistake:
Despite providing clear details, my order was inexplicably delivered to the wrong address. Errors happen; I understand that. But the events that unfolded thereafter are simply inexcusable.
3. The Misleading Promises:
Upon reaching out to Xiaomi's customer service three days after my botched delivery, I was initially greeted with assurances. I was explicitly told by , one of their representatives, that a redelivery would be actioned within 2 to 5 days. This seemed straightforward enough, but, alas, the timeline came and went with no redelivery or communication.
4. The Evasive Actions & Lies:
A follow-up call six days later exposed a deeper problem. Not only was I met with repeated lies and excuses, but there was a clear reluctance to provide me access to higher authority. I was denied multiple times when I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was even told, in one such instance, that a supervisor would call back within 2 to 4 hours. That call never came. Their ability to fabricate stories reached a pinnacle when they claimed I had requested a redelivery, a statement I had never made. The deceit was palpable.
5. The Ignorance of Policy:
The most shocking aspect was the blatant lack of knowledge displayed by their customer service. It was as if they were unaware of Xiaomi UK's own policies. And worse, they seemed comfortable operating in this void of ignorance, which made rectifying any issue nearly impossible.
6. The Disregard for Accountability:
When I requested that our conversations be reviewed to validate my claims and prove their falsehoods, I was informed that no supervisor was available to address such concerns. In essence, I was trapped in a Kafkaesque loop with no end in sight.
7. The Emotional Toll:
This wasn't just an order; it was meant to be a heartfelt gift for my 10-year-old child. Their mistakes and subsequent inaction transformed what should have been a joyous occasion into a draining ordeal.
In summary, my experience with Xiaomi UK was a masterclass in corporate irresponsibility. It's not just about one misdelivered package; it's about the systematic failure of a company to respect its patrons, the outright lies, the evasion of accountability, and a customer service department that operates in a maze of confusion.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, I'd advise extreme caution when considering a purchase from Xiaomi UK. If my ordeal serves as a warning to even one person, sharing this traumatic experience will have been worth it.

Then I called the call center in Germany , after 15 minutes , I got 2 reference numbers for the repair application ,I was supposed to get an email with instructions , email never came.
