Was a little worried after seeing the negative reviews, but there was no need to be concerned.
I ordered a Redmi Pad Pro & loads of accessories on Sunday 02/03 and it was delivered Wednesday 05/03.
Also, I'm very happy with the product. So much so, I've just gone back to order some more.

Ordered a phone that was on sale and was given a bogus dpd tracking number. Waiting for a few days and it had not updated, called Xiaomi and they advised that isn't the real tracking and they gave me another tracking number. When I checked the new tracking number it showed that dpd tried to deliver on 06/03/25 which I was unaware of as I was at work since I was going off the fake tracking number. Dpd has also sent the phone for collection over 3 miles away to a post office, I do not drive so it cost me £20 to travel to the post office and back. so it means I would have paid over RRP in total. Phoned up Xiaomi customer services twice and they didnt care and blatantly lied to me over the phone about the tracking and delivery. When I went to collect I had been told there is a return request from Xiaomi to DPD and I cannot collect the item even though I had my passport, order confirmation email, etc with me. I phoned Xiaomi and they told me to wait outside the post office until they find out what is happening and they will get back to me within an hour. I waited on the road for an hour and decided to go back home as I did not hear back from Xiaomi via email until 3pm (I went to collect at 9am). So I am £20 out of pocket and have no phone. Thanks Xiaomi! Look at their feedback on this website, kinda tells you everything you need to know, save yourself the headache. What has happened to Xiaomi?? They use to be so good! Some of the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life. Their team messed up a return label, and have the audacity to claim it is not their problem. Thankfully I'm getting a full, complete refund via my bank. It's a pity, I was planning on buying 20 of their phones for my business. Such a terrible customer service department.
Edit: They've claimed to try and help me but haven't even given me an email to send my complaints into. Just a generic response. Pitiful.

Where to begin? Before buying my first product from Xiaomi UK, I had no idea that a company trying to cater UK customer can be so shockingly bad. In fact I had a very high impression and praise for their highly innovative products and competitive pricing. But product aside a company need to create trust and loyalty among it's customer, which this company simply doesn't care about. After my order went missing and was delivered to a wrong location, I am knocking it's door and unhelpful robotic customer service for days but nothing has been done so far. After more than two weeks of emails and their pathetic stupid replies I have fed up and asked my credit card provider to investigate. Xiaomi if you have a little self respect and care for your reputation is important to you then here is the order id: 5250213230980096

I am extremely disappointed with Xiaomi UK’s customer service and delivery process. I purchased a robot vacuum a month ago, and due to an issue with DPD, I have yet to receive my order.
Despite multiple follow-ups, Xiaomi UK has been unresponsive and has failed to provide any concrete solution. It has now been four weeks, and the only response I receive is that they are “waiting for an update from the relevant team.” This is unacceptable – as a paying customer, I should not be left waiting indefinitely due to logistical issues between Xiaomi and DPD.
A responsible company would have sent a replacement unit by now and dealt with the courier issue internally. Instead, I am left chasing customer service with no resolution in sight.
If you are considering purchasing from Xiaomi UK, be aware that if something goes wrong, their customer service is painfully slow and unhelpful. I will be escalating my complaint further and will reconsider buying Xiaomi products in the future.
Xiaomi UK – this is your last chance to resolve my issue before I escalate further.

I spent several weeks deciding whether to order from the "MI" website. I was wary based on reviews.
I contacted them via email and usually got a response the next day. They told me they would use DPD or Royal mail, that there would be a tracking number. If the phone is faulty i could return it free of charge. I placed my order on the 19th Feb, it is out for delivery the next day. I requested my tracking number via email and they responded same day with the info. So far, everything they told me is true. Next day delivery is pretty good when they quote 4-7 days to ship.
Of course, the phone is yet to arrive today, quietly confident that it will turn up as i have had a text from DPD.
I will test the phone (Poco F6) for wifi dropping out, phone signal etc and update later with feedback.
Additional info 21.2.25. Phone arrived next day, which is great. I set it up after work. It arrived with no battery life at all, so charged it up to 30% then started setting up. Screen looks crisp, photos are good, speakers are good. It hasn't dropped wifi connection, that i am aware of.
Happy with my purchase. If anything changes, I'll update.

I ordered a hairdryer from Xiaomi UK as a present for my partner. 2 weeks before the date just to be sure everything goes smoothly.
It was not delivered, Royal Mail confirmation shows photo of parcel in front of closed building door.
I opened case with customer support, they said they need 10 business days to investigate. WHY so long, there is a proof from Royal Mail.
10 business days passed, still 0 progress.
Had to request chargeback as last resolt because customer support can't help.
Never will order from Xiaomi UK again.
P.S. Dear mi.com, if you going to respond. Here is order number 0783002883. Feel free to check communication yourself.
This is not acceptable.

Ordered my phone from them on 13/01/2025, I was aware that the phone will be dispatched on 20/01/2025. Since then tracking not updated it looks that DPD lost or someone stole.
When contacted customer service, each and every email been answered by different person, no one knows what's happening they just telling we need to investigate. 07/02/2025 still no one knows what's happening. Absolutely dissapointed
UPDATE: 13/02/2025 Finally my order arrived. Only took a month to arrive. Good phones, but customer service needs to be improved.

Purchased a note 14 pro+ and set it up. Good job I didn't wipe my old phone because the phone kept dropping the WiFi. The customer service team were great and arranged for a new phone to be sent out. I did have to return mine first though which was problematic as the jiffy bag they sent was delayed due to storm Eowyn. They had to test my old phone and confirmed that it was indeed faulty. The replacement arrived today and after setting it up the flipping WiFi started dropping. I'm returning it for a refund and will need to look for another manufacturer to buy from.

Watch wasnt waterproof after stating it was, so tried to return it. They told me that the warranty is only 30 days. Very expensive watch for only 30 days use.

The customer support in the UK is atrocious, ordered an item on 17th Dec 24, still not arrived.
I have been trying to sort the non delivery of the parcel for 43 days now and have asked for a refund 7 times.
Customer support just keep sending out the same type of email, see below

I bought my item from the mi website. Item came well packaged but defective. Started a refund process and it went smoothly, save for confusing wording and unclear deadlines. Customer service answered all of my questions and eased my worries. Item was sent back and my refund was successful. I wish Xiaomi didn't build such a bad rep for customer support, since I was freaking out about the possibility of getting scammed when sending my item back.

I won't be using Xiaomi again. They ran a promotion offering £35 off one of their older products in exchange for 20 points, but the items were sold out within minutes. Even when logged into my account, they demanded I submit all my personal information and agree to their terms and conditions, likely to sell my data, just to inquire about a refund for the points.
I even emailed them to see if they would honor the discount, given how quickly the offer disappeared—right at midnight. Their response was a disappointing "No!"
Xiaomi, you can keep the points. I won’t be needing them because I’ll never buy your products again

Be careful, they are lying, lying, lying. Take your money and no product. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM, DON'T TRUST PLEASE. They have really bad customer service and also bad delivery services. They don't give you any tracking number, so you don't know where is your parcel, if that wasn't delivered you can't even reschedule the delivery. I just got an email my parcel has been delivered, but no details, no pictures, even no notice from the delivery company. I run everywhere I asked all of my neighbours, but nobody see my parcel. When I contacted with the Mi, they give me the tracking number, but never say sorry.... After that bad experience with Mi I don't want anything from them. ONLY REFUND. They are unprofessional. Don't trust them.

Ordered a phone on 16th Jan 2025. Shows delivered on 18th Jan in the DPD tracking. Also shows photo of phone in someone else's garden.
It's now almost 24th Jan and have only been told the problem been escalated, still with no sign of the phone. It's now 27th Jan with no updates. Just stay clear of this company.

I ordered a Poco X7 pro. Almost 2 weeks passed and the item is not even shipped!?
Several time contacted the support, but nobody tells you nothing. It will be shipped after 20.01.2025 but when nobody knows. This is utterly unprofessional..
Update: The item was indeed shipped on 22.01. Now waiting the delivery.
