Lies about stock during purchase, but takes your money no problem! Then they say they won't even order the item cause it's hard to do. Absolute fraud just to get you to switch to a more expensive item

Only 1 star as I didn't have an option as I wouldn't have given it a star. Claimed FEDEX delivered item but it hasn't been. No proof to show it has been delivered (no picture). Address on delivery confirmation just states London. I don't live in London. Want my money back but they keep fobbing me off. Again another company from the far east. Had I known it was coming from abroad, I wouldn't have purchased this item. Check before you buy on Onby.com. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

It must be a mistake. We are a business in Portugal and only work in this country, Portugal. That,s not us the cliente is talking about MHR, Lda is portuguese.
Bought a printer and asked for a return, or to change for another model that was suited for the tasks needed.
It has been almost 15 days and after 4 emails and 5 calls, I can't get a solution or reply.
They rarely pickup the phone, when they do it's to tell that it has to be communicated by email, even though they don't answer the emails.
Now I got a printer that I can't use or return and no answer or solution at all.
Don't recommend buying here, worst costumer service I've ever seen.
Recently bought a portable AC unit from them. Had secure payment options, continuous feedback for item status and very fast delivery. Made the purchase on a Friday night and had the unit delivered at my door on Monday early morning.
They also had the best price available.
