The process from first contacting Annette at MHHG to completion was dealt with professionalism and a first class service. The journey to get to completion was at times difficult (as we were selling a rented property) but we were kept informed at all times along the way which was very helpful and less stressful to us. Wouldn’t hesitate to use MHHG again

MHHG Estate Agents have been managing my property since 2022, and throughout that time, I have consistently received excellent service. The manager and her team have always been polite, professional, and responsive—getting back to me within the agreed timeframes, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.

What really stands out is how MHHG handled the more difficult periods, such as unexpected tenant departures. These are the times when you truly see the value of a good agent. MHHG helped me navigate these challenges calmly and efficiently, always keeping me informed and involved. It’s easy to leave a glowing review when things run smoothly, but for me, it’s how they dealt with the tougher moments that truly earned my respect and gratitude.

They also went above and beyond during the sale of my property. In fact, I found them far more helpful than my solicitor. I was able to go into the office for practical help with paperwork and forms that my solicitor should have been assisting with. Their willingness to step in and support me made a real difference.

I’ve not only grown in confidence as a landlord thanks to their guidance, but I’ve also learned a lot along the way. For all these reasons, I’m giving MHHG a well-deserved 5-star review and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and knowledgeable estate agent.
