Excellent customer service

I do not normally write reviews, but my dealings with MGS Taps have been so positive I felt I should write one.
My 15-year old MGS taps developed a fault and needed a new part, but nobody in the UK supplied parts - only new taps. I was put in touch with MGS in Italy, who could not have been more helpful. They advised on the part needed and provided drawings for fitting.
I had been slightly worried about dealing with a company so far away, but the parts arrived within 2 working days of the order, and my taps now work perfectly again!
Excellent service from a very professional company.
