I purchased 19x115 mm Certified…
I purchased 19x115 mm Certified Whitewood Flooring T&G Treated Timber for the roof of a pergola.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the timber. The boards appeared yellowed with age and had noticeable white marks from the spacers used during storage. To achieve a reasonably consistent and acceptable finish, I had to clean and paint them before installation.
Some of the boards were of such poor quality that I would classify them as third-grade timber at best, with a few pieces barely suitable for anything other than firewood. Thankfully, I ordered a generous surplus because after rejecting the worst boards, I only just had enough material to complete the project.
Had I seen this timber in person before buying, I would either not have purchased it at all or would have spent considerable time sorting through the stock to select only the usable boards.
The delivery service, however, deserves 5 stars. Even though I was not at home, the driver maintained excellent communication throughout. The unloading was carried out professionally, and the timber was neatly stacked exactly where requested.

Decent price, great product, shipping time could be a bit better - overall a good experience though.
I ordered a Hyundai garden tool from MGM Timber this summer for delivery to the highlands.
Price was good, delivery took a few days - not unexpected, we are highlands and islands and I suspect there may be drop shipping in the process too. Not an issue as I was not expecting "next day" when the shipping was free!
Overall a positive experience.
