Had the driver of this company block my driveway and I politely asked him to move the truck a few inches for me so I can get to my work. The driver proceeded to go on his trailer and told me to F OFF while pointing his finger at me. Then I called the company and they where of no help and this shows the type of people they employed.

Good Service at the Depot
Previously when ordering from MGM I have opted for delivery, but now expensive for smaller orders. This was my first visit to the depot, and all positive. Marked customer parking bays, helpful staff and easy loading.

TOO LONG TO DELIVER
WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER IT STATED THAT SOMEBODY WOULD PHONE AND DISCUSS DELIVERY. INSTEAD I GOT AN E-MAIL GIVING ME A DELIVERY DATE FOR ONE WEEK AFTER THE ORDER.GOOD JOB I WAS NOT IN A HURRY FOR THE MATERIAL.

Good Service, Not so good delivery
The materials ordered were great and people at the company were always pleasant when they phoned. Only downside for me was the delivery. The materials were left inside my garden gate and no notification, phone call or even a knock at the door to say they were delivered.

Great service
My 75 year old dad likes to potter about in his garden so small orders needed. I place the order online and he goes to pick it up. Staff are all great with him and help him load it. Quality of wood is great compared to other places. Always seem to get a little discount on price online aswell. Have been using MGM for years and will continue too.
