Fantastic service from MGM Timber! The quality of the timber was excellent, and everything arrived exactly as described. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was on time, and the materials were well packaged.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help with advice, which made planning my garden project much easier. The timber was straight, sturdy, and great value for money.

Product it’s self was good to work with but the package was very poor no edge protection at all and a lot of damage to the edges as a result,

I went to MGM timber Glenrothes as I needed a piece of 20 mm x195mm board. Got my slip from the lad in the warehouse who told me he would put it beside my car. I paid at the desk and went outside and had to saw it down to 2m lengths to get it in the car. When putting in the car I noticed quite a few splits in the wood. Took it home and found it twisted and warped. When I tried to straighten out the bow the splits in the wood opened up further and travelled along the board. I've used MGM a few times with no issues but what I thought was a good buy this time ended up in the scrap pile with the offcuts.

From the moment we engaged with Connlan Murphy the MGM Glenrothes representative, to purchase a new kitchen we felt we'd found the kitchen company to meet our families needs.

Conlann listened attentively to what we were looking for, gave us options at the designing stage as well as offered colours for cabinets, worktops and appliances.

After visiting our house as well as taking on board our renovations to make the kitchen bigger, to see it come alive with our chosen kitchen designed into our space via their digital tools as well as our utility room was a real treat.

Conlann ordered the kitchen and the timescales given for delivery were exact. Even at delivery stage, the delivery drivers ensured all boxes were accounted for before they left which left us with great confidence.

We fitted the kitchen with our own joiner but you can imagine our surprise yesterday when Connlan visited us to ascertain we were happy with our MGM kitchen almost 10 months since we purchased. First class service both in kitchen design as well as customer care. Have recommended MGM to others who've commented on our kitchen and won't hesitate to return when we renovate our en suite shortly. Brilliant customer service Connlan. 👏👏👏 10/10

Excellent product and communication, i have to give a special thanks to the delivery driver for his precision in positioning the joists and decking boards on our driver way.

Needed someone to be in for delivery but could not tell time of delivery so cancelled order

A very friendly service and a good website but in amongst my 8 or so plasterboards was a shockingly damaged one. (By forklift and water) Less than half usable. Not major but very irritating and appears to have been hidden.

Quick delivery, material good quality and easy to get in contact with via email.

Fantastic end to end service and will be recommending to friends and family. We ordered our flooring via our joiner which was completely seamless.

Our flooring was delivered so quickly with great communication from MGM throughout. Simon was incredibly helpful over the phone, taking my payment and sharing as much info as he could about the delivery date and time. I expected to haul the flooring up to my flat on my own however, the flooring was delivered by Martin who carried the flooring straight up to my first floor flat without any hesitation! I know this isn't part of the service but to go above and beyond like this is exactly what is remembered by customers and I am extremely grateful for Martins help!

Not to mention the flooring is beautiful and I can't wait to have it fitted. Thanks again to everyone at MGM Timber.

As always a friendly helpful service given, delivery was prompt and driver was very helpful in storing the wood in my garage as I have limited mobility. Would recommend them for service and quality of goods supplied.

I started using the Hamilton branch of MGM Timber back around 2023 after their sales rep Ian McIvor approached me offering to quote for building material I needed for a big internal renovation job. Little did I know this was to become the first of hundreds of orders in the years to come mainly thanks to Ian and the service provided by both the branch and the delivery driver Andy. Ian has since retired and at first I was anxious about how things would run beyond but I’m glad to say Nathan has filled his shoes extremely well and we continue to use the Hamilton branch on a weekly basis. Shout out to Ian, Nathan & Big Andy on the high ab!
