They are thieves. They have no security for account holders. Everytime I get hacked i get a new card.... it's now 5 in 6 months with total stolen over 2000.00
Customer support is garbage. They record your calls but if you tell them you're recording also they hang up on you.
They dont care. They are thieves. No one ever calls you back.

This is the worst credit union i have EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. These people have my RV loan. I make my payments. I recently had open heart surgery and my one payment was late. I called them explained I had to have open heart surgery and paid them what was owed. These sub human parasitea had the audacity to place a derogatory mark on my otherwise perfect credit report. I am alone in this world. Not married, no kids. Nobody else could have paid that payment while I was in the hospital. Here is the thing, these parasitic banks/credit union destroys your credit then raise your loan interest rates because your crefit is low. THEY DID IT!!!! You see how this works!?
I do not recommend that anyone does business with these people. They are heartless. Not human. It wasn’t that the payment was alot, its a meer $180.00 dollars. That payment wasn’t going to make or break these ppl! But a derogatory mark on my credit report will effect my future credit options.
Now its easy not to care anymore. Heartless!!
