Avoid at all costs,I ordered on 3rd Dec for my Son for Christmas,I had to hound them with countless emails,I’d say I annoyed them so much they eventually sent it on the 23rd Dec…. It arrived this morning and my Son loves it but it’s not worth taking the chance and the hassle,such a shame because they are great posters

Never turned up, they ignored countless emails/social media chats.
Took my money and ignoring me.
I'm currently trying to reclaim money back through my online banking.

Do not order from this website
Do not order from this website! Ordered posters from this website and it was left at the bottom of the green bin with no email to say it has been delivered or anything. Emailed to ask where my order is no reply for ages to then say it had been put in green bin. Bins had been long taken away and when trying to sort out how to resolve it the customer service was terrible as he pretty much said he didnt care and wasnt his problem to solve.

Communication is awful
Communication is awful. They sent the poster but it was packaged in such a way that it ripped upon opening. Have had zero correspondence or acknowledgement. Am now contacting the bank to assist with refund.

Ordered on 19th dec late evening
Ordered on 19th dec late evening. (Yes I left it late just before Christmas) and received it on 22nd dec. in theory 2 days. Which was shocking. In a good way. As I didn’t. Think I’d get it before Christmas. Due to leaving it late.
Thank you very Much. It’s absolutely amazing. Well worth it seeing my son’s face. Will definitely use again.

Order elsewhere
If I could give zero I would.
After placing an order and expecting to receive in 4/5 days.
No confirmation, no order number. It took over 2 weeks to arrive, after upteen emails and dm to the business Facebook and personal Facebook. I got no reply from any of them.
I had found the printing company online and found it was just down the road from me.
I paid the printers a visit and they told me they could see the order, but and its a big but. Mezzala Designs never authorised it. The printers got in touch with them and I finally received an email regarding my order.
Such a sham of a company.
Order elsewhere if you can.
All my praise goes to Inkthreadable. I would have got nowhere without them.
