Even one star is too much!!! Bad quality. I ordered two shirts, different colours. Received two shirts same colour, different size. Do not buy here. I feel like a fool.

Do not duplicate - my (and few other people) - mistake doing shopping with this store. This company it is simply thieves and scammers, absolutely dishonest thieves. Be careful and check the opinions (which I did not because in my country no one made it, they use a different name of the store, the mezamstore occurred on transfer confirmation and it was too late…).

Never received my package, they said the address was incorrect ( which actually was correct). They were happy to communicate but never actually took any action to actually deliver. Very disappointed. Thank to nietbezorgd.nl for getting my money back.

Worst experience ever!!!!
Did not respect the delivery delay; therefore i could not be there to pick up my stuff. It went back to the store where the policy is to destroy returned (NEW) products

Low quality product (Temu low quality chinese one) with high price.
Bad at aftersales and delaying return and not issuing refund but credit.

Don't be fooled into buying anything from those Chinese scammers: I bought a "casjemier" scarf (discounted from 60 to 37 euro), which arrived without any lable or ticket or anything at all that could help you identify what this product is made of and by whom. Turned out it was a completely synthetic fabric: the cheapest acryllic (we showed it to an expert). Exatly the same kind of shit (but with a lable) can be bought in the cheapest clothing markets all over Belgium for 8-10 euros. 100% fraud thus, what Mezamstore is practicing. But the best part of it is, those bastards kept offering a discount for me to keep it, and if I wanted to return it, it would cost me 30 euros, since they "have to send their goods back to China". Unbelievable. They are absolutely shameless. Terrible experience: like you're being robbed in the broad daylight.

Do not order from this site. It's a Dutch site, but the products come from China. Delivery times are not respected; it took a month for me. The item is too expensive for the quality. Avoid it.

BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook photos of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers!

the product does not match with the picture. I have received after 1 month a low quality product without labels regarding the origin or any certification. Please don't buy at this website !!!!!

Pitiful, to run! Quality of the first product is execrable and does not correspond in anything to the proprosition , no return accepted , second package still waiting after a month .

I placed my order ain October and it has been over three weeks without getting my order and the tracking number doesn’t show anything.
I wonder why I didn’t read this before, I wouldn’t have spent a lot of money on these scammers, so not unexpected and yet they are allowed to operate as if they are legit.

Mentioned delivery time 5-8 working days and actually they need more than 23 working days to deliver.
No refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.
If you purchase an item directly from China is way more faster delivered and much cheaper.
