I would strongly urge people not to purchase anything from Meylora. I placed a single order and did not knowingly sign up for any subscription. Since then, my bank account has been charge... See more

Unauthorized Credit Card Charging
I was careful when I bought a set of lashes to click on one time purchase (not join the lash club). It took several weeks for my lashes to arrive. They were crap (very dark and looked rediculous on. I didnt bother returning because I figured It was a one time bad purchase where the lashes were not as advertised. 1 month after my one time purchase I received an email notice subject heading Your Meylora order is confirmed. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order and any future orders. I stated that the order was unauthorized and do not charge my credit card. But they already had at 4am in the morning without previous notice. They did contact me with instructions on how to cancel my subscription. I told them I did not subscribe so there was nothing to cancel. To please reimburse my credit card for the order They placed. They did not reimbuse and they did not reply. I looked up their address - it is simply a mail box in a strip mall. Pretty sure this junk is from China or some other country. I will have to cancel my credit card. If I could give a negative review I would. If I could press charges for fraud I would.
Junk
Junk! Will not work! So sorry I wasted my money! Read the reviews, and think twice before ordering.
Don’t buy
Don’t buy charge for subscription you haven’t signed up for. Impossible to get in-touch with and take money from your account without authorisation
Junk eyelashes - SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! to apply
Junk eyelashes impossible to apply. SCAMMERS- unauthorized subscription that keeps on charging your credit card. DO NOT BUY!! I feel really stupid that I didn’t check them before buying.
Instagram false advertising
I've made several attempts to customer service to request a complete set of lashes (received only one pair). After a response finally after a few weeks, they asked that I forward photos of what I received as proof of purchase and hopefully get a refund. Since then, (weeks have gone by now) I haven't heard anything from them at all.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS…
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam !! They trick you in to a subscription that you never signed up for and keep taking money of your credit card and sending you useless eye lashes.
It’s the impossible to unsubscribe they…

Terrible product
Terrible product, WORSE company.
I've been trying since September to get my refund - NOTHING! I've emailed the company no less than six times - again, NOTHING.
Completely FRAUDULENT.
I really wish I had read these reviews…
I really wish I had read these reviews too. An absolute scam, the lashes are useless and I find I now have a monthly subscription that I didn't sign up for. My bank are cancelling any further payments demanded by this company. Ladies beware...
Really wish I had read these reviews…
Really wish I had read these reviews first. Useless product when it eventually arrived. Money taken from my account for subscription I didn’t sign up for before lashes had even arrived. Link sent from customer service for magic link to cancel that doesn’t work. This is an absolute scam. I have contacted my bank who are stopping payments.
meylora is a scam company ,save yourself
i am person who never wrote a review for any company in my life, But this company deserves one.
These are scammers, they make account by themself, enroll you in subscription and start charging you without consent.
Its impossible to stop their fraud or cancel subscription as their customer service never send you a link to cancel .
I have to get my credit card changed .
Save your money. I have lost 100 dollars then managed to cancel my credit card
I would give zero stars at this point
I would give zero stars at this point.
I have sent my non-usable magnetic eyelashes back to the return address, sent the tracking information to them, had it verified by USPS they received it but they keep sending me messages that indicate it’s been delivered to ME!!
Also did not receive an item initially purchased the same day that has NOT been delivered to me but there is no way to actually speak to a person!
Do not purchase anything from them. Zero customer service care.
Unauthorized charges on my account
Unauthorized charges on my account. Sent multiples emails and no response.
Magically Disappearing Customer Service!
I have tried to cancel my membership and I’m unable too - I’m told to enter my email details and then a magic link will be sent to me. After trying this three times with no magic link appearing, I contacted Customer Support who told me I needed to, you guessed it … enter my email details and a link will be sent. When I explained I had they magically went silent.
I haven’t received the product either, so based on all these similar reviews here I’m guessing this is a scam and I’m going to have to call my bank and report it as fraud, sigh.
This company is horrible
This company is horrible . They scam you into a subscription even though you didn't elect for one and make it hard to cancel it and still charged me for lashes that had not even shipped . The lashes are cheap and impossible to put on . I give it a zero
Couldn't get the lashes to work on me
Couldn't get the lashes to work on me. Bought natural but it was like have a floorbrush head on my eye when I offered them up. Couldn't be further than natural. Seem to have unknowingly opted in to a subscription which I DID NOT WANT. Have managed to cancel but want to return a 2nd un-opened set of lashes (as the first one weren't good on me). It wasn't easy to trace the subscritipn and to get it cancelled. Can't access the site as either they have been hacked or they are a scam but I get a "Threat secured
We blocked a threat URL:FakeShop on ..... scam / threat alert
AVOID this company these lashes are IMPOSSIBLE to apply and no one from customer support gets back to you
These magnetic lashes are IMPOSSIBLE to apply. I tried for over an hour when they first arrived and could not get them on right, the tutorials make it look so easy when it isn't at all. You can't request a refund online, you have to email their support team which I did over a week ago and have heard nothing back. I ordered two sets which cost me almost £30 which is much more than I spend on my current lashes, and this is now money down the drain because I can't use them or get in touch with anyone to return them for a refund.
It's a two way scam
It's a two way scam. Meylora charges you for the lashes, and alleges to ship through Cainao. When the package doesn't arrive, they will tell you that they are not responsible for reimbursing you as it is now the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier will provide you with a link to review a picture of the package being delivered however, the image where the package is left (most likely AI generated), will not be the address to where you live / or where it should be delivered. They scammed me out of $51.93
This is a scam
This is a scam. I made a one-time purchase, but the company has continued charging my credit card without my consent. I never subscribed to any service or created an account.
I tried multiple times to contact their support — they sent me a link to manage my “account and subscription,” but the link didn’t work because I never created an account in the first place.
Despite requesting a refund several times, I never received any response. In the end, I had to report the charges as fraud to my bank and request a new credit card to stop the unauthorized payments.
These lashes are JUNK and do not work
These lashes are JUNK and do not work. They do not abide by their return policy and have ignored my requests for returns and cancellations. I’ve had to change my CC# and file disputes with my card because of them. DO NOT buy!
