Disappointing Level of Responsibility

Meyer Timber, UK Tilbury.
We purchased 32 sheets of MDF, which were supposed to be delivered today. Their truck has a problem, and they don't use any of their other trucks and are expecting us to collect the material. They don't feel responsible: "what else can I do rather than informing you" is their approac. They informed us very late, we couldnt arrange any other transportation. Our production stopped. We paid for early entry at FIA but we wont be able to make it. Our money is wasted.
