One of my shoes isn't ok. The sole of the left shoe makes an annoying sound with each step I take. I just noticed that when I wanted to go out with them. I had already thrown away the return envelope.
How can I return the shoe(s), without the official papers?

No information about the sizes
No information about the sizes. Therefore, there are a lot of chances of purchasing the wrong size. In that case, you have to pay 10 euros for returnig the product (considering that initially, you paid 7 euros for receiving the product). And after that, you can buy again the product in the correct size (paying obviously 7 euros again for receiving the new product). To summarize: the lack of information about the sizes causes mistakes that at the end, cost you 24 euros. Absolutely inacceptable.

I like the designs a lot, but...
I like the designs a lot. I thought the fabrics need a bit more quality control. collar of the orange wembley shirts seem to be very big, the cuts could also be a bit better. compared to other athletic shirts.
Worst thing is that i ordered online, and within EU different VAT apply. As a Swiss guy living in Switzerland online shops automatically strip VAT on goods exported. As I have to pay Swiss VAT again at customs. So I paid double. The customer support said, this is normal. Which it isn't. Any other shop I usually order has this taken care of. Shipping of shirts for almost 30 euros for only such a small parcel is also bit of a rip off. Other shipping companies and a smarter warehousesystem could help.
