Terrible service
I preordered something for a birthday gift. They ended up telling me they sold out even though I PREORDERED it. This was months after they told me it would be in. I was trailed along for months until they finally tried to offer me credit. No thanks. Customer service sucks.
Beautiful bag; twisted straps
The bag is beautiful. And great quality. Even though my issue was an easy fix; the straps were twisted. I felt that the assembly wasn't important. Its not a cheap purchase. And now the straps have come undone 2x. So I had to fix the issue myself with a hot glue gun.

I got my beautifully design bag. But when I went to put stuff in it the strap flew off. I had t go looking for what was attaching it to the bag. The screw in tighning plastic connectors are inconvenient. They keep in coming loose. I am a teacher and I bought the bag to help with load. But unfortunately I have to ensure all screw on pieces are tight every time I pick it up.

Awful people, abysmal company.
I placed a pre-order on March 9, 2026 for a backpack that was supposed to be shipped/received by mid-April only to get an email notice saying that they had a lot more people order these bags and would need to delay shipping by over a month. When attempting to cancel the order I was told that they can’t cancel preorders and would need to wait up to 3 months after the order was supposed to ship in order to request a refund. I am moving in early May and these disgusting scammers have absolutely no integrity. They have a BBB rating of F and I had to file a complaint with the state’s business division.

Mexistuff worth the wait!
Mexistuff has beautiful products! I have two of the Talavera tumblers and love them! Vibrant designs and the quality is great. Be prepared to wait as their pre-order items are just that. Both items took a good while to arrive - one several months. Customer service is great and will alert you when your items ship. Items are clearly marked "pre-order" on the website. Be sure to order early if it's needed by a special date.

Any time there was an issue with my order or they couldn't fulfill it, I was informed and given a choice about what I wanted to do. They staff at Mexistuff were helpful and accommodating.
Beautiful bag has friends envious!
It was very easy to find what I wanted and order on the website. I was kept up to date on the progress at every step. My items were well packaged and arrived within a few days. I loved the two Bordado tote bags, pantuflas and tote charms I ordered. Everything is so cute and I’ve received so many compliments from friends and strangers alike. Guaranteed I say I bought it at MexiStuff!
