The swimsuits was so cute and just as advertised. I wish tho that you could order separate sizes for the top and bottom. I ended up buying two complete sets at different sizes bc of this. Nonetheless the bikini was great

Order #279134 was placed on 2 June 2026 and I paid for express delivery. Nearly two months later I still have not received my items. Communication has been extremely poor and UPS tracking initially remained on ‘Label Created’ for a long period. I have sent emails and Instagram messages with little or no response. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend unless the issue is resolved.”

I ordered the item 5th of June and they never confirmed it. I send them an email and they said it’s handmade and takes time u til 28th June. I contacted them yesterday and they said it will take more time and I said cancel my order and now they say they do not refund me fully. This is a scan

Delivery takes awhile so order wayyyyy in advance of your event. However, it’s worth the wait!!! My dress was beautiful and I received so many compliments on it….wore it to a Vegas White party and it gave main character energy! Worse company in the world .. they make a mistake and don’t own up to it sent me completely. The wrong outfit sent them pictures and it’s still questioning it asking me to send a picture of myself in the outfit. How awful is that. This company is the worst takes months to get anything and then when they make a mistake, they don’t want to return it.

If I could give -10 stars I would. This brand is a complete scam. I ordered a dress that online said 3-5 business days to ship. It has now been almost three weeks with no shipping. My card was charged after purchase, NOT after shipping. Pretty sure they took my money and ran. I was in contact with their customer service, who is incredibly unprofessional (typos in the emails, unprofessional wording). They told me they would charge me for a cancellation fee or that I could pay $48 more to have it expedited shipped. THE ITEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE BY NOW! I begged them to cancel and have since been ghosted by them. They also told me that if the dress arrived after the time I needed it for (my WEDDING) that “I could wear the dress for another event”. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Run as far away from here as possible. I’m waiting to hear back from my credit card company about the disputed charge for an item I will never receive.

Run away from MewMews SCAMMERS , this guys are scam, I bought a dress worth $318 on May 8 and I wanted to use the dress by May 30, only for them to tell me that the dress is on high demand and I had to wait until middle of June, which I had to wait and then the dress arrived after a month plus, the quality of the dress that was sent to me was so terrible, the beads were falling off, the Zip was not zipping up and the dress doesn't even worth $50 dress, I messaged them and they told me that I had to pay for a returned label, I have never seen any company that the customer covers the return fees, all the images are just photoshop, they pay people to promote the brand, all the dresses come from China and it the lowest grade of fabric they use.

This was the very first purchase I have ever made with this brand. I was quite nervous for several reason but nonetheless the staff made it effortless for me. I accidentally used an old address as soon as I noticed I reached out they got back to me right away and assured me they would update my shipping address. 2 weeks later it already shipped out, the quality and the attention to detail is out of this world! You have truly exceeded my expectations! Thank you so so much! You will forever have a customer in me!

I had a brilliant experience with Mew Mews on my first order. I live in France and received my parcel within two weeks. With my second order, the delivery time was longer – a month – and I had to pay €30 in customs charges via UPS to receive my parcel. But I was partially reimbursed for this. So overall, I’d say it’s fine; I’d recommend it.

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of this dress. From the moment I received it, I could tell how much attention to detail went into its design. The fabric feels luxurious, the sequins are beautifully attached, and the overall construction is excellent.
