EDIT: I live in Denmark and they shipped from mainland China, so the week and a half it took to ship was more than just fine for me. Through it might take longer if you order a cat tree, or something in a box - mine arrived in a yellow envelope

PROS: Ordered a cat harness and a collar for my kitty, all of it arrived in the time they said it would take with express and it looks good. The collar is a little deformed because of the packaging, but it will most likely go back to normal once it's been worn for a bit. The harness and leash are good quality, they're easy to use in terms of tightening and loosing and they're true to what they showed on the picture on the website. I wrote to them with a question about a different collar, one where you could put the name of the cat on it and your phone number,

CONS: They don't send a lot of emails, so keep the one email with the tracking to follow the package and either rely on that to know when it has been delivered or hopefully you get a notification from the local carrier (I didn't, which is a bit weird).
It would be nice if they used more cats in terms of marketing collars and other products, the collar I got - while pretty - is a bit big, which I didn't know because they didn't use a cat model for that particular item.

I bought the wrong size item . I tell them go get help . They give me the best service ever .
And they very nice and friendly. I get what I want . They have a new close customer. Thank you Mewcats

Hello internet! I ordered 3 small cat trees and 1 massive one from Mewcats. Their customer service email contact is great. They always reply within 24 hours and they give good support. It depends on where you live. I waited about 4 months for my trees to be delivered, but that's only because of customs, not mewcats. The trees are AMAZING!! Solid build, heavy-duty and heavy enough to be so stable you cats can hurtle themselves off the tree and it wouldn't budge. It is well worth the price and time to put everything together. Sure, it's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend their products.

These people should not be in business. I paid extra for shipping to get a present in time for Christmas. I ordered it on 12/12/24. Didn't get it in time. These people suck.

I wasn't sure if the website was legit. Checked a few reviews and some are copied word for word from Mau Lifestyle on Amazon.
