A very misleading website that states it has a UK warehouse and accepts payments from people buying from the UK but they don't deliver to the UK. Don't bother ordering if you live in the UK because they use the 'Costly Tariff' Excuse and they say it's too expensive due to to some none existent tariffs but they have UK stock. Apparently.
Ordered bike and I did not receive tracking messaged them and the web address was not valid received a message stating I would receive refund as the bike I ordered was on the EU and don't deliver to UK I have not received it and can't get any response from them the contact details are wrong I have been scammed they had took my money and now left no option for me to contact them everything looked legit when I was on theresite had I known what I do now I would have run a mile the bank told me to wait 2 weeks to see if they refund me if not I am filling a goods not received dispute do not buy from meusebike
