Now they never answer my real question, they keep sending me a transportation company without making priori appointment. I am never home when they come and, as I was never warned of this process, I am not going to give a chair to a random person. Now I have a huge parcel in my appartment since 1 month and I don't have euther my money nor the right product.
FInally their commercial practices are forbidden in France, they show product with a so called promotion but it is always available with the promo price.
Don't EVER order anything to these people.

Unfortunately we had a disastrous experience with this company. We purchased 3 items in mid July and paid in full. We took one item (nest of tables) on the day and delivery was planned for the remaining items (console table and a desk) both of which we were told were in stock.
Two weeks later with no contact from the store we enquired and were told delivery of the console would not be until mid October. The desk was scheduled to be delivered within a week.
A few days later we got word that the console table wouldn’t be available until mid December. At one point we were told ‘this is what happens with Christmas deliveries’ !!! We opted to take a refund as we couldn’t wait that long. There then ensued a complex debate about how much they would refund us which did not equate to the listed price of the item. It was ridiculous and took endless phone calls to resolve.
The desk then did not arrive either and we were told it was faulty when they ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ assembled it (a flat pack item). They said they’d assembled a second one and it was faulty too. They offered to deliver the faulty one to tide us over until they got more deliveries. It arrived - we looked at it and noticed it wasn’t faulty at all just incorrectly assembled. But there was a drawer missing. Several more phone calls regarding endless problems they were having and they finally agreed to post us missing parts. Another phone call and they announced the missing parts couldn’t be posted as they’d been discarded by their warehouse.
They finally agreed a gesture of partial refun so we would keep the unfinished desk.
You couldn’t make it up.
This believe it or not is the brief version of all events. Every store can have its bad days but this went beyond anything realistic.
We found their contact confused, haphazard and generally not particularly customer friendly. We tried to be cooperative but they weren’t willing to budge much at various points. Although they did finally agree that partial refund - I suspect they wanted the whole saga to disappear really.
Nice stock all the same. But approach with caution
Be warned, their product dimensions are COMPLETELY WRONG. The product I ordered (which also came 10 days late) was 8cm bigger in height than what it said online.
Now I’m charged €85+ to return it.
Do not purchase from this company.
A HORRIBLE experience.
I bought a table one month ago and I was supposed to have it in 7-10 days.
After 17 days and a couple of emails, I found my package in a shipping company (they did not mention the name and telephone so the shipping company could not call me).
Finally, after 20 days, I receive the table in the wrong color!!!
I inform the company they told me I have to send them the table and when they receive it they can send me the correct one!
After many emails, follow up, After more than 1 month I receive the new product.
The quality is not the same as the first product. Even it is not stable and it is not even possible to use it!!
I placed an order for some wishbone chairs 25/11/21 - these were stock items with delivery 5-10 days. i had also emailed to check definitely in stock and now no response from the company. Phone number does not work. Emails not responded to. They have taken my money and no chairs to be delivered in France!!! I would not deal with this company - BE WARNED! I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought.
Great service, and very happy with the product as well. Good value for money.

Bought a table in mid June, paid in full and was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Eight weeks later I had heard nothing, phoned, no apology, it would be October. Phoned yesterday, they had no idea when I might get my table! I asked for my money back. I won't be back

It has been taken a while before delivery but really satisfied by the quality of the chair and follow op by customer service!
The worst customer experience of my life
I ordered my chairs in April - the delay could be acceptable if they at least provided clear communication on what is happening and what the next steps.
I have tried to call them and e-mail them every day for the last week - and I have no received no response. The phone line ring and hangs up by itself.
I will not yet cancel my order because I do want these chairs after waiting for so long - but I fear that should I have to cancel that I would never receive my money back.

Terrible experience
Delivery been so long. I had to call in Spain Speak Spanish , chase 3 different transportation company .
Bought the chair from french website but actually is a Spanish company
Poor customer service as they don’t speak french or English.
After more than a month of investigation and list of calls I managed to find the chairs. Organised a delivery and cherry on the cake only 2 chairs been delivered! Bought 6.
4 were lost. Again new investigation. Company suggested that they will send 4 new ones delivery in 2 weeks. Been waiting another 2 weeks and no news . Been chasing again and to be told that they cannot send chairs . I asked to be refund for the 6 chairs and send back the 2 received.
Transportation collected chairs
Coming refund 4 chairs and ha ent refund a months later the 2 others chairs that been collected by transportation.
They are now saying that I need to deal with PayPal . Did contact PayPal and they never had any payment .
Awful company never buy from them
Is absolutely terrible customer services
No help no support not honest
Took my money and disappeared now and own me around £200

They were very well packaged, they look so beautiful, I just love them. I like quality, it’s relevant to the price. Thank you very much. It was warth waiting so much time.
