I have had an excellent experience with Metrus Property Advisors and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
From the outset, the team has been professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. They have a very strong understanding of the property market and, importantly, take the time to understand their clients’ objectives rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Their advice has consistently been practical, commercially focused and well considered, and they have been particularly good at navigating what can often be complex property matters. Communication has been excellent throughout, with issues dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Metrus Property Advisors - Managing Agents
Metrus have managed our commercial units on Drury Lane since 2009. We were told they were the best commercial managing agents then, and have proven to be so every year since then. Andrew Ladopouli, who handles the site for us, is an exceptional fellow, extremely knowledgeable, with a tremendous personality and is always available to handle any situation that arises. We could not recommend them more highly.
